Have a go at paddleboarding on Nisramont lake with Sup-Ardennen

Hidden in the midst of the wooded hills, the Nisramont dam lake will make you sway... A magical place with a unique atmosphere. What more beautiful setting could you dream of to discover the joys of stand-up paddleboarding? Look no further, this is where your relaxation begins.

Did you say relaxation? That’s right! Stand-up paddleboarding is definitely a water sport, but above all it's the perfect combination of relaxation and gentle physical exercise. The perfect activity for everyone, whether sporty or not, young or less young. How does this initiation take place? After sharing the basic instructions on the banks, Roelian or Geert will invite you... to launch into the water! Calmly, step by step, you’ll learn to climb onto the board and stand to then hone your mastery of the best paddling techniques. A 2-hour immersion in the midst of invigorating nature.

What do you bring?

Good humour, swimming costume or trunks or quick-dry sports clothing, a water flask, sun cream and/or a cap and water shoes (but you can do it barefoot). Your instructor will provide the board, paddle and life jacket. Would you like to hire a wetsuit on site (adult size)? No problem! This activity is accessible from the age of 8 years (children up to the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult). And, as Ardennes-étape customers, you’ll enjoy an organic apple juice at your initiation.
