Paddle boarding is a sport to practise gently, to relax and admire the landscape as you glide along the water. Sup-Ardennen provides Paddle Board hire at the famous Nisramont lake.
Start by choosing a board alone, in a pair or even with your dog. Slip on your life jacket, get your paddle and you’re off! After a few instructions and tips, it’s time to take to the water: Take your time, practise your balance and once you’re ready, stand up. If you’ve chosen a board for two, or with Rover, trying to balance will be even more fun!
