This walk between Boussu and Dailly will take you into the Natura 2000 site known as "the Vallée de l?Eau Noire (Black Water Valley) between Aublain and Mariembourg"
Trees and flora along the way: remarkable trees in Dailly: 2 large-leaved lime trees, Chapel of La Salette. Calcicolous oak and hornbeam grove, exceptional orchids
Local fauna: reptiles (smooth snakes and grass snakes) + insects (lepidoptera, othoptera). Natagora-approved nature reserve at Dailly (Tiènne du Bi)
