Does the Ardennes-étape cancellation insurance cover me in case of Covid?

Unlucky! Have you or a member of your group tested positive for Covid-19? 

So do you have to quarantine for all or part of your stay?

Don't worry. If you had taken out cancellation insurance when you booked, your stay will be fully refunded on presentation of your supporting documents (positive PCR test and quarantine medical certificate in support) and subject to the agreement of the insurance company. You will then be totally free to reschedule your stay later. 

If this is the case, please send us your cancellation request by filling in this contact form. Under "My question concerns", select "My booking" and then "I want to cancel/postpone my booking". Please give details of your request and, above all, make sure you attach all your supporting documents. We will then get back to you swiftly with a decision from our insurer and a possible refund of your stay.

N.B. 

  • Have you taken out Covid-19 but not taken out our Cancellation Insurance?
  • Did you subscribe to our Cancellation Insurance and are in mandatory quarantine for contact cases only or are you simply afraid of catching the disease during your stay? 

Unfortunately, in these cases the cancellation insurance cannot be applied. 

You will not be able to cancel your stay and obtain a refund for these reasons. 

Do you still want to claim force majeure and obtain a credit voucher to postpone your stay? 

In this case, please send us your request via our contact form. Under "My question concerns", select "The specific provisions for Covid-19", then, "I wish to cancel my stay". Please give us details of your request and, above all, be sure to attach any supporting documents you may have for yourself and your travelling companions to substantiate your request. 

Our team will process your application as soon as possible. If your request meets the conditions of force majeure, you will receive a credit voucher valid for three years from the date of issue. Otherwise, the general cancellation terms and conditions will apply.
