Located in the idyllic valley of the Molignée, this villa offers a breathtaking view of the river that flows at the edge of the garden. The villa accommodates 14 people and features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. For families with small children, there are 2 baby cots, 1 high chair, and a baby bath available. Pets are also welcome, with a maximum of 2 dogs.
The villa is a paradise for relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy the outdoor pool and the jacuzzi for a refreshing dip. The pool house and the outdoor relaxation area are perfect for unwinding after a day full of activities. For the sporty types, there is a tennis court and a petanque field available. Inside, you'll find a games room with billiards, table football, and electronic café games for hours of fun.
The fireplace and wood stove create a cozy atmosphere during the colder months, while the wood charcoal barbecue and the Ofyr are ideal for summer evenings. The villa also features a private terrace and a private garden with garden furniture, where you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Holidaymakers are particularly asked to ensure that they comply with the few rules they are given on arrival, such as sorting their rubbish, not bringing glasses (suitable cups are provided) around the pool, or using the barbecue without risking grease stains on the terrace. You'll be able to enjoy a spotless house here, and in return you can be sure that you'll leave it just as you found it!

Zeer aan te raden! Host is heel vriendelijk en het huis is fantastisch.
Huis met fantastische faciliteiten, top bedden en een zeer aardige host. We waren met een groep vrienden en hebben maximaal gebruik gemaakt van de tennisbaan, jeu de boules baan, de hottub, de pooltafel en de gezellige huis- en eetkamer. Fantastisch , groot en uitstekend onderhouden vakantie huis . Een ongelooflijk goed uitgeruste keuken , mooie grote kamers en prachtige salon en eetplaats. De tuin is net naast de rivier en beschikt over een zwembad , "hot sub" ( op hout) en een goed onderhouden tennisveld ( matten). Yvoir ligt op 5 minuten rijden en de abdij van Maredsous op een tiental minuten . De gastvrijheid is enorm . Een zeer vriendelijke ontvangst voor een geweldig weekend in de Ardennen . Ten zeerste aan te raden!!

Bref le gîte is een fantastische plek om te verblijven. Het huis is ruim, netjes en gezellig, met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een zorgeloos weekend. De ligging is prachtig en rustig, ideaal om met vrienden of familie te genieten. De host is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Absoluut een aanrader!

Fijn verblijf met familie en kleinkinderen genoten van het zwembad en alles wat voor de kids aanwezig was. Het was een heerlijke midweek met gelukkig ook prachtig weer.

Wij waren met 12 vrienden en 2 honden. Mooi zwembad en jacuzzi. De bedden waren echt helemaal top. . Ook een ideale accommodatie voor honden. Hele aardige eigenaar/ontvangst.

Wat een heerlijk huis! De bedden zijn supercomfortabel, de keuken is zeer goed uitgerust, het zwembad is groot genoeg, de hottub eenvoudig te bedienen, de tennisbaan en de jeu de boules baan maken het vermaak compleet. Veel dank aan Pierre en Laetitia, we hebben genoten!!
We hebben met de vriendengroep een geweldig verblijf gehad in het vakantiehuis. Het huis is voorzien van alle gemakken. We troffen het met het weer en daarom hebben we volop gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad/hottub en tennisbaan. We kunnen niks negatiefs over het huis zeggen!

Absoluut een aanrader! Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Een prachtig huis en tuin met verwarmd zwembad temidden van de Ardeense natuur. De eigenaars waren zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans cette maison ! Les infrastructures (piscine, bain nordique, etc.) sont vraiment au top, la literie très confortable, et l'accueil de Pierre était chaleureux et attentionné. Je recommande vivement cette adresse !
Mooi huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijne grote keuken met alle benodigde apparatuur. De grote tuin is erg fijn met kinderen. Ze hebben zich prima vermaakt op tennisbaan en in de jacuzzi. In de omgeving is ook genoeg leuks te doen. Een aanrader!
