This chalet for five people awaits you in a little corner of paradise. With greenery as far as the eye can see and a comfortable modern layout, you will find everything you need for a wonderful family holiday.
Featuring a neat layout and an authentic atmosphere in every room, it's impossible to resist the charm that exudes from this magnificent chalet. The main living area has a rustic character that is highlighted by its lovely wooden furniture. The comfortable sofas in the lounge are ideal for sharing a pleasant aperitif and the dining room table is perfect for hosting the whole family for memorable meals, without a doubt. Also, it must be said that the well-equipped and functional kitchen should inspire gourmets! As for practical details, note that the two bedrooms offer quality bedding and that the bathroom is both spacious and modern. The cherry on the cake is the private garden, which features a playground that is a paradise for children and some garden furniture, so you can sit and relax while you enjoy the setting and the exceptional view. And you can even get together around the barbecue in summer.
Aywaille is located in the province of Liège and has many tourist attractions to offer, as well as some exceptional natural sites. It is also known for its wildlife park Le Monde Sauvage, which groups together several exotic animals to offer you a superb outing with your family. There are also several recreational centres in the area, so action seekers can experience the joys of kayaking with Kayak Les Remous. Make sure not to miss the splendid landscapes of the area along the Ninglinspo Promenade Trail, one of the most beautiful walks in the country. Finally, know that the famous Caves of Remouchamps are located just 5 km away from your cottage. A must-see site!

Supergezellig vankantiehuisje met magnifieke ligging. Alles stijlvol en nieuw. Kwaliteitsvol afgewerkt. Buiten 2 terrassen, vuurschaal.. binnen cv en extra gezellige gaskachel.. Fijne ontvangst ! Voor herhaling vatbaar!
Heerlijke midweek doorgebracht in dit huis, prachtige omgeving, genoten van de rust.
Wij verbleven een tweede keer in dit fantastische vakantiehuis. Een ideale ligging, rust, de natuur rondom. De vakantiewoning is heel gezellig ingericht en praktisch goed voorzien. Isabelle is een zeer fijne gastvrouw. Gemakkelijk in- en uitchecken. En de hond mag mee! Wij komen graag terug.
Séjour très agréable, dans un gîte confortable, bien aménagé et conforme à nos attentes. Accueil chaleureux. Calme absolu durant le WE. Vue magnifique. Deuxième séjour au top. Nous y retournerons.
We hebben, met onze hond, 2 fantastische weken gehad. Huis ligt rustig gelegen. Contact met eigenaar was super! Huis netjes en schoon. Goede uitvalsbasis om activiteitenverslag ondernemen. Mooie wandelingen in de omgeving gemaakt met een maximale straal van 25 km afstand.
Zalig huisje, beste locatie ever als je van rust houdt. Dit huis staat in onze top 2 vakantiehuizen en we hebben er al heel veel gedaan.
Super leuk, gezellig huisje. Heel mooi gelegen. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en alles voorzien zoals beschreven. Wij komen zeker terug!
Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. L'environnement est paisible avec une vue magnifique. La maison est aménagée avec goût et fonctionnelle. La literie confortable et une salle de bain sympa. La maison est bien exposée, soleil du matin jusqu'au soir. Le chien en sécurité, le jardin est complètement clôturé. La ballade losange jaune est facile et nous avons découvert de très jolis paysages, le parcours se trouve sur Sity Trail. Nous y retournons début juillet. :-)

Heel charmant huis met alle benodigdheden om het aangenaam én praktisch te maken. Omheinde tuin voor de hond. Lekker kraantjeswater. Rustig en afgelegen, maar toch slechts op een 4km van het centrum van Aywaille of Sprimont. Leuke uitstapjes in de buurt naar Monde Sauvage, Grotten van Remouchamps, Heid des Gattes of de Ninglingspo/Chefna. Heel aangenaam om hier een week op vakantie te zijn.
Mooi vakantieverblijf qua ligging, uitzicht en rust. Mooie afgebakende tuin voor onze hond. Goede uitvalbasis voor mooie wandelingen, waaronder Nenlingspo en Ruines Du Chateau D'amblève. Vanuit de ruïne heeft men een mooi uitzicht over Aywaille en de bierbrouwerij Elfique.
Wat een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen! Fijne ontvangst door een hartelijke dame, fijne en comfortabele inrichting. Alles wat je kon bedenken was aanwezig. Klein aandachtspuntje, wat kussentjes op het buitenmeubilair hadden het nog comfortabeler gemaakt en de matrassen in de slaapkamer beneden moeten een keer worden omgedraaid, we lagen nu samen in een holletje. Maar verder raad ik de woning zeker aan!
Het is een prima lokatie op een prachtige plaats. Mooie omgeving en super rustig. Het uitzicht is formidabel en de bereikbaarheid is goed. Een groot compliment voor de eigenaresse, want ze is heel erg aardig en zeer behulpzaam. En ze heeft oog voor kwaliteit. Een groot compliment

We hebben genoten in en rond het huisje,mooie locatie!Alles is aanwezig om er een geslaagd verblijf van te maken.We voelden er ons direct thuis,vriendelijk ontvangst!PS.brouwerij Elfique is aanrader!
Een zeer mooi verzorgd huisje met een prachtig uitzicht op de mooie natuur. Zeker een aanrader voor mensen die echt van de natuur houden! Een zeer gezellige sfeer die hangt in het huisje.
Prachtig gelegen. Gezellig ingericht met leuke meubels. Mooi uitzicht. Goede bedden. Praktisch apart WC. Goed werkend sanitair. Trap naar boven is nogal stijl. Opletten voor 2 tredes in gang op weg naar WC. Jammer van de ‘plastieken’ wijnglazen, verder alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. We hebben genoten en komen graag nog eens terug in de zomer om te kunnen genieten van de tuin en het terras.
