Nestled among the trees, this beautiful Ardennes cottage benefits from a quiet and relaxing woodland setting. The owner (who lives next door) has ensured guests will feel completely at home.

This 3 star holiday rental in the province of Liège has more than repaid the dedicated care of the owner: its comfortable bedrooms, luxury bathrooms and welcoming living rooms offer superb self-catering accommodation for holidays in Belgium. The main living space of this semi-detached chalet for 8 persons is spacious, light and airy, comprising a carefully-appointed living room, a beautiful dining-room and a fully-equipped kitchen.

The upstairs games room with its TV, bar and billiard table is a real bonus.

Outside, you’ll find a spacious terrace, with a covered dining area overlooking the private enclosed garden. There are two barbecues (one coal and one gas) and plenty of comfortable garden furniture to help you enjoy quality time with family and friends while your dog frolics in the grass! The lovely views of the nearby wood will be all the inspiration you need to set off on long country walks.

With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, your Ardennes holiday cottage has everything that's needed for 8 persons to experience wonderful Ardennes holidays.

Your holiday cottage is perfectly placed for the hiking trail along the Ninglinspo River, one of the most beautiful walks in the Ardennes, along the banks of the only mountain river in Belgium. It's a bit challenging for younger children, but older ones will have great fun, and there are some amazing views. Other must-dos in the area include the Le Monde Sauvage d'Aywaille, an amazing wildlife park which also has a children's farm. You can buy a combined ticket for Le Monde Sauvage and Les Grottes de Remouchamps (Remouchamps Caves), an amazing underground experience which includes a memorable subterranean boat ride

The nearby town of Spa, the 'Pearl of the Ardennes', has given its name to spas around the world. Here you can enjoy the recently-refurbished thermal baths and visit the world's oldest casino. Other attractions include the Musee de la Ville des Eaux and the Horse Museum.

If you like good food but prefer not to cook, Traiteur Guéres will be delighted to provide you with delicious meals and delicatessen treats- they can even deliver your breakfast!

Comfortable, roomy, and convenient, this self-catering accommodation in the Ardennes is a perfect base for holidays for up to 8 persons.

The Fagne-Famenne and its bewitching rocks

The Fagne-Famenne region, which marks the map of Wallonia like a sharp flint, offers an unusual natural heritage, with a strong emphasis on the mineral world. Its territory has mysterious caves and numerous megaliths and menhirs, which can be discovered on foot, by bike or even on horseback. This region delights everybody with a passion for geology, history and all kinds of curiosities.
