Without doubt one of the most beautiful walking routes in the Belgian Ardennes, an absolute must if you are in the region! Looking for a good dose of Ardennes conviviality? Durbuy, with its cobbled streets, gastronomy and breathtaking nature, is only half an hour away.

Alles aanwezig: keukenspullen, bestek en glazen. Goede sfeervolle inrichting. Uitdtekende sauna. Voldoende toiletten voor 10 personen (ook bij “spitsuur”)

Chouette maison où nous étions à 14. Espaces communs un peu petits mais pour un weekend ce n'était pas dérangeant. Certains ont bien apprécié le spa! Cuisine bien équipée et bonne literie. A proximité des activités/balades.
Maison ancienne bien restaurée. Beaucoup de chambres, sauna assez grand. Propriétaire très sympathique et réactive. Situation idéale pour des balades dans prendre la voiture
Een charmante woning aan de buitenkant met toch heel wat verbeterpunten aan de binnenkant. Zeer kleine leenruimtes, beperkte en onaangepaste speelplekken voor kleine kinderen. Onaangename putjesgeur in de badkamer. Wel een mooie omgeving om te wandelen.

Gezellig verblijf voor max. 10 personen alhoewel er 14 bedden zijn. De speelruimte voor kinderen is onveilig en te mijden. De keuken is goed uitgerust met voldoende gerief. De TV activeren is specialistenwerk.
Nette vakantie woning voor maximaal 14 personen. De kwaliteit van het huis is goed ondanks dat de keuken eetkamer en salon niet echt groot zijn. Drie slaapkamers bevatten een twee persoons bed de rest zijn allemaal 1 persoonsbedden. De sauna in het huis werkt perfect met een heerlijke relax ruimte. Ook buiten zijn er diverse mogelijkheden waaronder een gezellige bbq . Parkeerruimte op eigen terrein is ook een goede pluspunt. Al met al een fijn huis voor een fijne vakantie.
Het huis geeft op website een vertekend beeld van de werkelijkheid en is op het moment zelfs niet geschikt om te verhuren.
Beste, Wij hebben uw opmerkingen aan de eigenares doorgeven. Zij is bezig, het nodige te doen om de verschillende zaken in orde te brengen.
De woning wordt op foto's mooier en groter getoond dan ze in werkelijkheid is. De kinderkamer is op het zolderkamertje enkel toegankelijk via een smalle trap (niet echt geschikt voor kinderen). Het tuinstel is aan vervanging toe. Parking is ruim voor zelfs 3 wagens. De wellness-ruimte is wat overroepen, een lage kelderkamer waar een sauna in staat. De ontspanningsruimte met kussen lijkt meer op een lage donkere grot.
Antwoord van de eigenaar: De laatste kamer boven is een zolder speelkamer, het is geen slaapkamer. Het tuinmeubilair is in orde, maar we zullen er aandacht aan blijven besteden. De sauna, die zeer gewaardeerd wordt, is in een aparte ruimte van de rustruimte, zoals op de foto's te zien is.
HET HUIS IS OKE MET EEN AFGELOTEN TUIN VOOR DE 2 HONDJES, MAAR WEL WAT GEBREKEN ZOALS DE WELLNESS DIE NIET WERKTE EN HET BRANDALLARM DIE ZOMAAAR ZONDER REDEN AFGAAT EVENTJES 2 UUR MEE BEZIGGEWEEST MET HULP VAN DE BUURVROUW DIE EEN ELECTRICIEN CONTACTEERDE WANT DE EIGENNAARES WAS NIET BEREIKBAAR
Séjour satisfaisant . Le côté atypique de la maison a amusé les enfants . Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de grande table qui puisse accueillir une douzaine de personnes ensemble - alors que la maison peut en accueillir plus . Il y a des lits pour 16 mais les pièces de vie au rez-de-chaussée sont petites .

Dit huis geboekt voor kijn grote gezin. Er is genoeg ruimte. Huis gezocht met sauna, echter geen gebruik van gemaakt .schimmel en kakkerlak aangetroffen. Het huis heeft veel mankementen welke niet binnen 1 dag op te lossen zijn. Wasmachine werkte ook niet, was kennelijk wel bekend, niet vervangen voor aankomst. Wasmachine is tijdens verblijf vervangen. Veel meubels zijn aan vervanging toe, los of wankel. Jammer, op de foto's ziet het er mooier uit
Commentaar van de eigenaar: Aan het begin van ons verblijf hoorden we dat de wasmachine niet meer werkte. We hadden een nieuwe machine geïnstalleerd tijdens het verblijf (afgesproken met de klant om het te installeren voor de wandeling terug). De ruimte is overstroomd en de vochtigheid houdt aan, helaas is het saunameubel beschadigd. We zijn nooit op de hoogte gebracht van de aanwezigheid van kakkerlakken, we zijn attent op de schoonmaak van het huis. We hebben ons uiterste best gedaan om uw verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken en betreuren het dat dit niet het geval was.
