Located just a few kilometres away from Bastogne, this wonderful farmhouse was completely renovated in 2013 and was transformed into a warm comfortable place, ideal for a stay with family or friends. With a total capacity for 30 people, this 4 star accommodation features 12 bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms. The overall comfort, the large living areas, and the cellar, which was transformed into a games room, will make this an unforgettable stay for everyone.
It is interesting to note that four of the bedrooms, as well as the meeting room, are located in an independent wing of the property (about 20 meters away). This allows some guests to have total tranquillity at bedtime, while enjoying the rest of the time at the main building with the rest of the group.
This accommodation is located just a few kilometres away from Bastogne. Its rural setting allows you to easily go for walks starting right from the holiday cottage.
History enthusiasts will have the opportunity to learn more about this strategic location during the Battle of the Ardennes and will also enjoy visiting the Bastogne War Museum or the Bastogne Ardennes 44 Museum, which are a short drive away from the cottage.
For a family outing, we recommend a ride on the little train of La Roche or a visit to Houtopia, which will please both young and old alike.

The owner is also a farmer and offers meat parcels to buy (please order in advance)
On request for a surcharge, you can use a catering service for all your meals. A chef from the region will come to you and take care of everything.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad met onze familie in Chateau Rolley. Het is een karakteristieke en rustige locatie die met oog voor detail is gerestaureerd. Van alle gemakken voorzien, met een zeer goed uitgeruste keuken/ eetkamer. Prima bedden, fijne tuin met vijver waar je kunt zwemmen. Kortom, het was helemaal top en we komen hier graag een keer terug.
Een zalig uniek kader...zowel binnen als buiten...iedere slaapkamer heeft een badkamer...super comfortabel! Een eettafel voor 25 personen en een volledig uitgeruste keuken met degelijke toestellen, 2 vaatwassers en 3 frigo's. Alles erop en eraan voor een grote groep mensen! Daarbij voor onze adolescenten (kleinkinderen) de meerwaarde van een zwemvijver met ponton en de speelkelder. Echt een locatie om naar terug te keren. Met dank aan de heel gastvrije eigenaa
J'ai passé un séjour inoubliable à la ferme du château de Rolley. Tout est réuni pour vivre un moment magique, que ce soit en famille ou entre amis: le cadre est magnifique, l'atmosphère est chaleureuse et les installations sont parfaites. Le propriétaire est très sympathique. Il propose également de la viande et des bières artisanales, un vrai plus pour les amateurs de produits locaux. Je recommande vivement cette adresse.
Es waren sehr viele Mücken im Haus. Fliegengitter an Fenster und Türen wären sicher hilfreich. Das Gelände und die beiden Weiher waren sehr schön. Angeln war gut möglich.

Un endroit retiré en pleine nature, le charme des vieilles pierres avec un confort excellent. Un lieu qui a une âme, très bien rénové.

We blikken met onze vrienden terug op een heerlijk weekend. Een super mooi, kraaknet en gezellig huis. Perfect geschikt voor onze 6 gezinnen of voor groot en klein. Adembenemende omgeving én een tof varken ;-)
Wat een geweldig huis! Voor 26 man tussen de 75 en 2 jaar voldoende plek om je even terug te trekken, iedereen een eigen slaapkamer met badkamer, wat een luxe! Een geweldige keuken, mooie eetkamer en zitkamer. De ruimte buiten is overweldigend en de omgeving fantastisch. En wat een fijne host: eenvoudig bereikbaar en behulpzaam.

Wat een warm en prettig huis. Voor onze familie was het de ideale plek om samen te komen.
Superbe maison de vacances avec tout le nécessaire. Panne de chauffage à partir du samedi milieu d'après-midi jusqu'au dimanche midi. Plus d'eau chaude ni de chauffage et aucun geste de la part du proprio. Je trouve cela un peu limite quand on voit le prix que l'on paye !
Een mooi vakantiehuis voor een grote groep van 22 volwassenen en 4 kleine kinderen. Mooie omgeving. De slaapkamers waren mooi en de badkamers netjes. De keuken was goed uitgerust. De tuin netjes onderhouden. De gastheer heeft alles keurig in de nederlandse taal duidelijk gemaakt. Een echte aanrader. TOP.
Prima vakantie huis met prachtige ligging. Wel wat problemen ondervonden met warmwater voorziening en brandalarm . Gelukkig door eigenaar/beheerder snel met excuses opgelost.
Mooi vakantie huis op een mooie locatie. Goede ontvangst van de beheerder. Bij problemen contact met de beheerder gehad en grotendeels direct opgelost. Het bbq vlees van de eigenaar is van sup[er qualiteit en ook de prijs is goed. Verder kan er heer en deer wat onderhoud geplekt worden. Wij waren met een groep van 26 personen aanwezig en het was een mooi weekend
It's a fantastic holiday home and the host is exremely helpful to fulfill all needs. He also took care of the catering during lunch (sandwiches provided) and organised a battle tour with WW2 vehicles. This place is suitables for family gatherings as well as bussiness gatherings with the very nice conference room!
