If you are looking for a holiday rental with character for a family stay, this castle outbuilding should catch your attention: your comfort and a change of scenery are included!

Located just a few kilometres away from Bastogne, this wonderful farmhouse was completely renovated in 2013 and was transformed into a warm comfortable place, ideal for a stay with family or friends. With a total capacity for 30 people, this 4 star accommodation features 12 bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms. The overall comfort, the large living areas, and the cellar, which was transformed into a games room, will make this an unforgettable stay for everyone.

It is interesting to note that four of the bedrooms, as well as the meeting room, are located in an independent wing of the property (about 20 meters away). This allows some guests to have total tranquillity at bedtime, while enjoying the rest of the time at the main building with the rest of the group.

This accommodation is located just a few kilometres away from Bastogne. Its rural setting allows you to easily go for walks starting right from the holiday cottage.

History enthusiasts will have the opportunity to learn more about this strategic location during the Battle of the Ardennes and will also enjoy visiting the Bastogne War Museum or the Bastogne Ardennes 44 Museum, which are a short drive away from the cottage.

For a family outing, we recommend a ride on the little train of La Roche or a visit to Houtopia, which will please both young and old alike.

Family holiday with adolescents Weekend May 2022

Geweldig weekend gehad met 22 personen waarvan 4 kinderen Hemelvaart van woensdag t/m zondag. De bedden lagen heerlijk. We misten alleen de waterkoker en een stofzuiger om eens te zuigen we hadden een paar honden bij. Verder zeer tevreden en aan te raden.

Over het algemeen een net vakantiehuis. Heeft veel last van vochtproblemen. Op de muren zitten verschillende vochtplekken en is het stucwerk op enkele plekken volledig gescheurd. Het huis is niet overal even goed schoongemaakt en het scheiden van afval wordt vrijwel onmogelijk gemaakt in het huisje (zeker als je met 20+ personen daar verblijft). De kelder heeft last van lekkages. Dit door de eigenaar niet verteld en zijn we op zaterdag nacht 2 uur bezig geweest om de kelder op te ruimen.
