Wij hebben genoten van ons weekend in Bernister. Het huis is fantastisch ingedeeld zodat je ondanks veel personen je elkaar niet in de weg loopt. Gezellige ruimtes, goed ingedeeld en schoon. De speelruimte in de kelder kon iets gezelliger en een dartbord zou het helemaal compleet maken. Wij komen zeker weten nog een keer terug.
Mooi huis, zeer geschikt voor familieverblijf met verschillende leeftijden.

Wir waren das 2. Mal in diesem Haus mit der Familie und Freunden, haben uns erneut sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich nochmal wiederkommen.
Een aangenaam huis voor een familieWE. Genoeg plaats, genoeg materiaal in de keuken, proper, leuke tuin. Enkel een hekje voor de trap in de living ontbreekt als je peuters hebt.

Prachtig gelegen, goed onderhouden villa. Omgeving is prachtig, rustig gelegen, maar in de buurt van winkels, restaurants en andere voorzieningen.
Ruime, comfortabele chalet, geschikt voor families met kinderen. Een minpuntje is dat de chalet dichtbij het circuit van Francorchamps ligt. Toen wij er waren, was er net een race-weekend aan de gang, wat voor enige geluidshinder zorgde in de tuin.
Zeer mooi en praktisch huis; grote tuin. Goede ligging. Het enige minpunt betreft de hygiëne. De vuilnisbak stonk erg. Ook de vuilniscontainer naast het huis was overvol en kon je ruiken tot in de tuin. De roosters van de BBQ waren niet proper.

Wij zijn een lang weekend geweest in het fantastisch groot huis. Volop ruimte en iedereen heeft het als een fijn, mooi, gezellig huis ervaren. Kunnen poolen, tafeltennis, tafelvoetbal etc. was echt top. De omgeving is er ook prachtig en makkelijk overal heen te rijden.
Superfijn, ruim opgezet en van alle gemakken voorzien!

Gîte confortable. Malgré une météo maussade nous avons pu profiter des jeux à disposition. L'ambiance chalet est très cosy. Belle balade à proximité.
Het is een mooi vrijstaande, karakteristieke chalet, met genoeg ruimte maar toch een warm en knus gevoel.
Excellent séjour dans un gîte à proximité de Malmedy. Très bien équipé, confortable, et l'ambiance chalet est hyper dépaysante. Très bien entretenu.
Een leuk huis met leuke open ruimtes. een handige ingerichte keuken. kelderverdiep kan gezelliger. De biljartstokken zijn aan vervanging toe en het laken van de pooltafel ook. We hebben er een leuk verblijf gehad. de eigenares was steeds bereikbaar en vriendelijk. Maar het huis moet grondiger gepoetst worden, vooral toiletten en slaapkamers. Er was wel een vriendelijke poetsvrouw maar mss heeft ze te weinig tijd.
Prachtig gelegen vakantiehuis om je prima in te vermaken, ook bij slecht weer (sauna/pooletafel/voetbaltafel e.d.). Keuen van pooltafel zijn overigens wel aan onderhoud/vervanging toe.
Een ruim en mooi huis in de Ardennen. Jammer dat de kelder niet wat gezelliger gemaakt is dan zou het echt af zijn.

Sehr schönes Haus, wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sehr gerne wieder kommen. Ruhig gelegen, tolle Sauna und ein sehr schönes Badezimmer, Kicker, Billard und Tischtennis für Freizeitbeschäftigung im guten Zustand.
Heel mooi huis met alle faciliteiten in een mooie omgeving , wij boeken deze woning volgend jaar alvast terug.
We hebben een heel fijne tijd gehad in deze prachtige villa. Zéér ruim en praktisch. Ondanks het mindere weer hebben we ons toch goed geamuseerd. Alles was aanwezig. Sommige zaken zijn wel wat aan vervanging of reparatie toe (kleine details). Het is een locatie die zeker op onze lijst blijft staan.
We hebben het ontzettend goed gehad. De badkamer met bad beneden is wat gedateerd, lastig om met douchen in en uit bad te stappen. Toilet in die badkamer is geen plons wc
