A charming holiday home made from locally-sourced stone, with three bedrooms, two bathroom, lounge with fireplace, games rooms and garden. This house is also bike-friendly, and dogs are welcome too!

Recently renovated, this terraced house offers a relaxing and restful stay. Decorated with care, it combines modern facilities with old-fashioned charm, offering guests a warm welcome. In winter, after heading out to get a lungful of fresh air, settle in to the sofa by the fireplace, a hot chocolate in hand, while the kids have fun in the games room. In summer find a spot on the terrace when it's time for an aperitif, and make the most of the last rays of sunshine of the day. Good news: dogs are welcome here!

If you rent this holiday home at the centre of the village, the local bakery, restaurants and shops will all be within easy walking distance. You’ll also find many walking routes through the forest and along streams in the vicinity! The new Graide RAVeL walking and cycling network is nearby, and you’ll have a bike shelter at the house. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut gelegen, um viele Ziele in der Umgebung (Dinand, Bouillon, Abbaye Orval, Abbaye Clairefontaine, Redu) zu besuchen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang des stets ansprechbaren und hilfsbereiten Vermieters. Auch gut geeignet für mehrere Personen aufgrund des großzügigen Platzangebotes.

Het huis is ontzettend netjes en goed ingericht. Het ontbreken van de tuin was jammer, maar het speelterrein (geen 100m verder) maakte dat goed. Beneden komt er weinig zonlicht binnen, dat was ons niet zo duidelijk op de foto's. Maar de zon deed ons toch naar buiten gaan in de mooie omgeving.

Super lieve ontvangst en de haardvuur stond al te branden toen we aankwamen. Het huis was recent nog gerenoveerd, ruim, gezellig en alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Ook een super goeie ligging, recht in het dorpje. Het enige wat minder was is de tuin. Het was enkel zand en niet echt gras dus als je in de zomer gaat heb je er niet veel aan. Op het terras in het zonnetje was het wel heel aangenaam. Het is echt wel een aanrader.

Perfecte vakantiewoning voor wie de gehuurde locatie als uitvalsbasis gebruikt en na een leuke uitstap wil vertoeven in een huis dat voorzien is van alle comfort en gezelligheid. Afgesloten tuin voor een huisdier is een absolute meerwaarde. De verhuurder was op afstand steeds paraat. Aanrader!
