This well-equipped holiday home offers a pleasant living space including a cosy living room with an impressive fireplace, a bar corner and even a piano. You also have a vast dining room to gather during meals.There are eight bedrooms in the sleeping area and each has its own bathroom. Outside, two terraces welcome you, one of which is covered and equipped with an outdoor jacuzzi. It’s time to relax!
And if you feel like having some fun, you’ll be delighted to find a ping-pong table and air hockey.
You’ll stay in the village of Petit-Fays (Namur province), in the Bièvre entity, quite close to Vresse-Sur-Semois. Your holiday can easily alternate between forest walks or bike rides and the pleasures of water, kayaking on the Semois river for example.
With its en-suite bathrooms, this holiday house is perfect for a family reunion where everyone enjoys the conviviality and privacy.
There are logs on site to light a good fire. These are also the only ones you should use, for safety reasons.
It is not allowed to organise student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties,…
This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.

Logement très bien situé et bien équipé pour des séjours en famille. Attention: plafond très bas.
Ruim huis maar jammer dat het geen (groene) tuin heeft. Enkel terras dus niet ideaal voor de (jonge) kinderen om te spelen. Twee ruime familiekamers aanwezig. De deuren van de slaapkamers zijn aan de oude kant en kraken of klemmen.
Een authentiek, Ardens hotel... ideaal voor een familie! Gezellig, vele hoekjes, een zeer praktische en volledig ingerichte keuken, mooie eetzaal en gezellige haard... wij komen zeker terug!

Ideaal voor grote groepen, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Iedere kamer met eigen badkamer is een groot pluspunt.
Ruim huis, vlakbij het bos, perfect ingerichte keuken, alle kamers met badkamer, propere jacuzzi. Een tuin hebben we niet gemist aangezien het vrij koud was.
Een heerlijk huisje met alles erop en eraan. Zeer praktische keuken. Aanrader!

Ideaal huis voor een winters verblijf. Knus en degelijk interieur, buiten kan het nog wat verfraaid worden.
Grote woning met prachtige ligging. Gelegenheid om verschillende routes te lopen in prachtige omgeving. Ligging in het dorp is ook uitstekend, centraal en rustig.
Maison très bien situé et équipée. Les chambres et salles d’eau sont très bien. Les pièces de vie sont un peu vieillissantes et mal éclairées. Cuisine professionnelle, faut s’y habituer quand on n’est pas pro.
Charmantes Haus mit viel Platz, guter, pragmatischer Ausstattung und schön gelegen. Das Wohnzimmer mit dem großen, offenen Kamin ist ein Highlight. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist schön, für das Meiste benötigt man allerdings ein Auto. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Charmant huis met een karaktervol salon. Groot overdekt terras is een grote troef. Veel kamers met aparte douches omdat het vroeger hotel was. Goede bedden. Mooie, ruime jacuzzi, maar het water rook niet fris. De industriële keuken is heel praktisch ingericht. Topverblijf!
