This 3.5 cottage has undeniable character. As soon as you enter, you will enjoy its warm and relaxing atmosphere.
On the ground floor, the living room with wood stove and the large dining room that opens onto the kitchen provide an inviting ambiance. There is also a wellness area with infrared sauna to relax in after outdoor activities.
On the first floor, you will find a second living room with TV and Internet connection; a games corner with billiards table; and the five bedrooms, which are also welcoming, nicely decorated and colourful. The house also has four bathrooms.
Outside in the garden, you can enjoy your meals no matter the weather thanks to the covered terrace. And the fully fenced garden is also a safe play area for children.
Bouillon and the beautiful Semois valley are just a few kilometers away from your holiday rental. You can sunbathe and enjoy an ice cream at the edge of the water at Récréalle - Centre récréatif or explore the Semois by kayak with one of our partners: Kayaks La Vanne or Kayak Les Epinoches.
The small neighbouring villages of Rochehaut, Ucimont or Nollevaux are great starting points for family excursions or sportier hikes.

Zeer leuk verzorgd vakantiehuis. Alles aanwezig. Brandalarm gaat wel vaak af ...ook als de haard mooi staat te branden . De haan van de buren is wel een lawaai markeren begon al om 4u.
Het was een mooi onderhouden huis. Prima bedden. Aardige eigenaren.
Zeer praktisch huis en ontzettend vriendelijke vrouw die ons de sleutel bezorgde.

Het was een aangename plek om te vertoeven. We waren er gedurende lang weekend maar zou gerust ook langer kunnen. We hadden deels mooi weer en genoten van de tuin met pétanque en andere spelen. Deels wat het was minder en dan was het overdekte terras, de biljart en de sauna echt leuk. Hou wel rekening met heel wat treden in de woning.

Belle maison ardennaise, très bien rénovée, très confortable, super équipée. L'accueil de la propriétaire, ainsi que ses différentes explications, ont été au top, Gite que toute notre famille recommandera sans problèmes.

Goed onderhouden, ruime woning. Uitermate hartelijk ontvangst en proper gepoetst. Alle comfort aanwezig en door de pooltafel en aparte TV-ruimte zeer geschikt voor een vakantie met tieners!
Schitterend huis, vriendelijke huis eigenaar. Alles was top.
Fijn vakantiehuis gelegen in een rustig dorp. Er zijn mooie wandelingen te doen vanaf het vakantiehuis. De keuken is goed uitgerust. De tuin heeft een aangenaam overdekt terras, is een toffe plek om buiten te zitten. Zeer goede communicatie en contact met de eigenaar. We waren onder vrienden, met erg kleine kinderen lijkt dit verblijf minder geschikt.

Mooi huis, alles is voorzien. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Gelegenheid ev opladen. Eén aandachtspuntje zijn de vele opdtapjes, trappen die allemaal in dezelfde tegelsoort zijn afgewerkt, gewoon wat opletten. Mooie omgeving, tijdens hachtseizoen even verifiëren waar er gejaagd wordt.
Super fijn verblijf.
Aangename woning met veel plaats. Proper, goeie uitgeruste keuken en een leuke tuin. Grote kamers en genoeg badkamers. Enigste minpuntje voor ons was dat er enkel een tv stond op het 1e verdiep en niet op gelijksvloer. Voor de volwassenen geen probleem maar met kindjes wat moeilijker. Super lieve en vriendelijke eigenaar.

Netjes gerenoveerd huis, met al het nodige keukenmateriaal. Zeer vriendelijke, flexibele eigenares.

Accueil un top avec la propriétaire. Explication parfaite et à l'écoute. Maison spacieuse et confortable, jardin bien entretenu. Plein de balade à proximité.
Gunstige ligging ten op zichte van Bouillon. Mooi ruim vakantiehuis. Groot pluspunt is het aantal badkamers (4). Fijne tuin met veranda. Comfortabele sauna. Vriendelijk ontvangst door eigenaar.
