This holiday cottage designed for 10 persons in the province of Luxembourg in Belgium has got 5 spacious and neatly decorated bedrooms. 4 of them – as well as 2 modern bathrooms – are on the first floor. The fifth bedroom is on the ground floor and has a private bathroom. There are thus 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You will also have a modern kitchen at your disposal. The heart of the house, i.e. the living room, will delight you by its atmosphere. The decoration was thoughtfully taken care of and the large bay windows bring brightness to the room. On the lower level, the recreation room will welcome you for moments of relaxation in a most convivial atmosphere. Finally, the garden offers a superb view on the surroundings as well as a petanque field and a terrace with barbecue.
The region of Bouillon is the ideal destination to explore the Belgian Ardennes. You will discover a lovely town with a rich historical heritage. For example, do not miss the Bouillon Castle or the Archeoscope Godefroid of Bouillon to know more about the crusades. The children will be happy to visit the Bouillon Animal Park where they will be able to admire animals in semi-liberty. They will also be able to enjoy a ride on donkey’s back at Baudet d'âne’s. They will undoubtedly enjoy having a ride with such an engaging fellow. Goed verblijf op een mooie locatie
Erg mooi huis in een hele rustige omgeving. Wel prachtige uitzicht, koeien lopen bijna in de achteruin. Huis is prima uitgerust met complete keuken, wasmachine, pool billiard en jacuzzi. Echt een heerlijke week gehad!

Alles was heel oké. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst. Wij kennen Ardennes-etappe ook al jaren. Tot de volgende.
Ardennes etappes...ontgoochelde nog nooit
Mooi gelegen en gezellig huisje. Winkels op zo een 15 min rijden van het huisje. Eenige wat iets minder was voor ons was de keuken. Bekraste pannen en van sommige soorten te weinig servies. Tip. Zorg dat je de vliegen goed buiten houd!
Het huis is toe aan een opknapbeurt.bij voorbeeld : De schommel was stuk en daardoor onveilig, er waren 2 eetkamerstoelen stuk. Bij ontvangst werden we overspoeld door instructies en do and don’ts en dit terwijl onze baby na een lange autorit aan het huilen was van de honger en we hem eerst wat wilden verzorgen . (We kregen bij voorbeeld te horen dat kussens dienden ter versiering en niet gebruikt mogen worden ?????.)
Zeer proper huis met alle nodige voorzieningen. Ruime kamers, alles voorzien in de keuken. Goede jacuzzi

Mooi vakantiehuis in een prachtige omgeving.
Super gîte. Super équipement. Petite suggestion aux propriétaires du gîte : équiper la porte de sortie vers la terrasse d'une petite poignée fixe + aimant, ce qui permettrait de la maintenir fermée afin d'éviter les déperditions de chaleur du living.
Hee´ leuk gezinsmoment
Leuk huis met heel veel voorzieningen. Het tennisplein mag iets beter onderhouden worden, net was stuk en lijnen moeilijk te zien. Jacuzzi, kelder en tennisplein zijn een echte meerwaarde.
Gite magnifique, très bien situé. Charme incomparable et il remplissait toutes les conditions pour passer un excellent week-end entre amis.
Was super verblijf en komen zeker terug. Heel mooi uitzicht en rust. Paar minpuntjes…Er zijn enkele herstellingen nodig en het poetsen kan beter.In elke kamer waren er wel spinnenwebben,Kraan van keuken draaide bijna niet(kleine herstelling nodig).Niks dat ons volgend verblijf tegenhoudt in ieder geval…?
In het algemeen goed. Zijn alleen sommige punten waar wat aan gedaan moet worden zoals de twee niet goede punten in sauna. Vaatwasser die los zit. Keukenkraan uittrekbaar maar is een uiteten slang met stukjes eruit waardoor je snel snijwonden kunt krijgen. Verhuurster had wel erg veel briefjes met regeltjes in het huis hangen.
Prachtig huis . Alles aanwezig om een aangenaam verblijf te hebben. Prachtige omgeving.
Maison très bien équipée aussi bien en matériel de cuisine qu’activités pour se distraire : jaccuzi très bien entretenu, sauna efficace , kiker, pour ce qui est de l intérieur car nous sommes venus en hiver. Les pieces sont très bien réparties dans la maison et le salon confortable ainsi que la salle de jeux bien pratique où l on peut faire bcp de bruit sans ennuyer les autres . Sejour nickel pour tte la famille !

Heel leuk vakantiehuis! Ideaal voor groepen. Bedden waren super, alsook de faciliteiten: pooltafel, foozball, sauna, jacuzzi.
Aufenthalt war entspannt, dennoch ist das Haus sehr abgenutzt. Vieles ist defekt, Lampen, Tapeten, Steckdosen... Und ein sehr nerviger Rasenroboter. Schade, denn das haus hat viel zu bieten. Ich würde es nicht nochmal mieten

Vakantiewoning met alle nodige faciliteiten en ontspannings mogelijkheden
Geweldig huis op een mooie locatie, dicht in de buurt van alle bezienswaardigheden. Meeste gebruik gemaakt van de jacuzzi , maar de sauna en de speelruimte binnen was ook super.
Bij aankomst aan het vakantiehuis kregen we direct al heel wat regels mee. Beetje te veel . Een vriendelijke indruk hadden we niet. Het huisje lag er op het 1ste zicht netjes bij, maar waren toch heel veel spinnen in de hoeken, er lag nog een vod in het nachtkastje, en tas in de badkamerkast. Jammer dat er geen gewone glazen waren, er stonden enkel wijnglazen. Bij het gebruik van de jacuzzi hadden we de indruk dat het water absoluut niet ververst was. De grasmachine reed 4 van de 6dagen rond,
Geen hartelijk welkom. Er worden te veel 'regeltjes' opgelegd. Huis kan een opfrisbeurt gebruiken.
Een heel fijn verblijf. Alles was aanwezig en kraaknet. Goede ligging, net buiten het dorp, in de buurt van wandelwegen en mountainbikeroutes. Ook op een regenachtige dag is er genoeg om je bezig te houden.
We hebben een zeer leuk verblijf gehad in een uitstekend vakantie verblijf.
