Located in the centre of a tranquil village, this old large capacity semi-adjoined farm is ready to welcome you for a successful holiday in a region that holds many surprises!

This spacious 3-star holiday rental was completely renovated in 2018 and is equipped with all comforts. The house has two levels. On the ground floor, there is a large living area with beautiful, exposed wooden beams. This space includes a living room, a kitchen that opens onto the large dining room, and a games room that will delight your children. You will also find three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. Upstairs, you can see the exposed wooden beams as well. There is also an additional double bedroom, a bedroom for four people, which is ideal for children, and a lounge on the mezzanine. The decoration of this house combines old and new elements resulting in a modern and warm atmosphere. As for the outdoor area, you will find a 300 m² unfenced shared garden, a lovely terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue to enjoy summer evenings, and a parking area for four cars.

Your stay in Büllingen will allow you to see many attractions and go on walks. You should head to Lake Butgenbach, which offers a wide range of water activities. If it's winter, you can go cross-country skiing on the slopes of Mount Rigi. Nature-lovers should go hiking in the High Fens Nature Park, while history buffs will be happy visiting the Castle of Reinhardstein, a medieval castle located on a 120 hectares listed site.

La maison est accueillante et très agréable. Tout est très fonctionnel et bien pensé. ( cuisine ultra équipée, garage à vélo, espace extérieur couvert, espace jeux enfants,…) Le parquet grince un peu partout mais cela fait partie du charme de cette habitation en bois qui donne l’impression d’être dans un grand et beau chalet. Assez d’activités à faire autours pour occuper toute la semaine!

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt mit 3 Familien inkl. kleinen Kindern. Das Haus war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse. Die drei einzelnen Duschen und Toiletten etwas klein und nicht top modern, aber so ist das halt in einem alten Heuboden. Das Haus hat Charme und der große Garten perfekt um mit den Kindern zu spielen. Auch der Raum um unserer 11 Fahrräder anzustellen war perfekt. Vom Vermieter bekamen wir für die Kinder sogar einen Wasserschlauch gelegt für den Wassersprenkler zu nutzen.

Heel leuke vakantiewoning. Dichtbij bakker en slager. Taverne om iets te drinken op wandelafstand. Alles was aanwezig in de woning. Deftige bbq en gezellig om buiten te zitten. Enige minpunt aan de woning was de geluidsoverlast van de kamers op 2de verdieping. Enkel houten plafond en hierdoor kon je alles horen. Top verblijf gehad.

Goed huisje, voldoende ruime kamers en badkamers,. Weliswaar weinig geluidsisolatie en de vloer die kraakt bij iedere stap. Voor de rest jammer dat alles op een verdieping is en de tuin hierdoor moeilijk toegankelijk vanuit de keuken om buiten te eten etc. Voor de rest heel gezellig en rustig huisje en dorp.

Mooie vakantiewoning voor onze familiegroep (9 volw + 2 kind) in het kleine Krinkelt met - ongelooflijk - een warme bakker, klein winkeltje, café en (weekend)pizzeria vlakbij. De woning bevindt zich op de 1ste en 2de verdieping; wellicht voor zomervakanties iets minder praktisch. De meeste 2P bedden zijn eigenlijk 2 tegen elkaar gemonteerde 1P-bedden. Je hebt dus een zeer groot onderlaken nodig of 2 éénpersoons. Goed uitgeruste keuken qua materiaal en elektro (Miele) Communicatie verliep top.

Belle maison avec des points à améliorer au niveau du salon, de la propreté, du fonctionnement général du gîte (poubelles, tri, chauffage, ...). Endroit de charme et typique avec un grand espace convivial pour la salle à manger. Des chaînes en français seraient un plus.

Au niveau du salon, un des canapé n'est pas confortable , il suffirait de descendre un ou les deux canapés de l'étage et remonter le clic clac à l'étage . pour que ce soit parfait. Concernant les 2 douches individuelles, il faudrait un miroir et une tablette dans chacune pour la pratique.
