This luxury villa lies in the picturesque town of Bütgenbach (Heppenbach) in the province of Liège. This former farmhouse was transformed in 2012 into a comfortable 5-star holiday house for 24 persons.

The renovation process of this former farmhouse preserved its authentic character while adapting the building for people with a disability.

This self-catering accommodation is ideal for families desiring to flee from the day-to-day busy life and enjoy a stay in the Belgian Ardennes.

The kitchen is very well suited for big groups and has everything needed. The numerous bedrooms can host up to 24 persons. There are in total 9 bedrooms, two baby beds and 9 bathrooms. Each bedroom has its private bathroom with a bath or a shower, WC and washbasin.

After a great walk around the lake of Bütgenbach you will be able to enjoy the luxury wellness area with sauna, whirlpool bath, hammam, shower and deck chairs.

The children games will delight the youngest ones who will also be able to play in the garden.

Although the indoor wellness area is very well equipped, the owners also added a hot tub on the terrace for the summer time!

The television, DVD player, wireless internet connection and wood stove complete the amenities.

The Castle of Reinhardstein is really worth a visit. The fort stands on a big rock in the Warche valley and offers a magnificent view over the surroundings.

The area around Bellevaux in the province of Liège is the ideal region for cross-country hikes with the whole family. Do not miss the Belvaux brewery for delicious beer tastings.

De kamer voor mindervaliden is niet optimaal voor een persoon die mindervalide is. Er is op geen enkele manier een steun voorzien langs of boven het bed om zich aan op te trekken. We hebben onze plan getrokken door een stoel vast te sjorren met spanriemen via de poten van de boxspring. In de badkamer voor mindervaliden zou het handiger zijn als er ook een bar tegen de muur vastgemaakt is links van de WC om zich aan op te trekken. Voor iemand die halfzijdig verlamd is, is dat een meerwaarde.

Weer een fantastisch verblijf gehad met onze ganse kroost in een perfect onderhouden woonst! Zeer praktisch en gezellig ingericht! Vorig jaar hadden we enkele mankementjes (o.a. een defect stoombad), maar die waren dit jaar volledig opgelost! Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst! Volgend jaar gaan we zeker terug!

Wij hebben met onze familie een heerlijk verblijf gehad in deze woning. Alles was dik in orde. Alles mooi ruim, schoon en speels ingericht. Gezellige ruimtes om lekker te borrelen of lekker te eten mijn zijn allen. Ook voor de kids ruim voldoende speelmogelijkheden. Als tip. Zandbak voor de kids. Een hekje voor afsluiting speelruimte.

Prachtig huis in perfecte omgeving voor wandelingen. BBQ wieg was een voltreffer. Hot tub was iets minder... kregen hem niet 'hot' genoeg zelf na dagje hout stoken. Sauna OK, Hamman was defect maar bubbelbad ( geen jacuzzi) was ook erg leuk.

We hebben een ongelooflijk leuk weekendje gehad met het ganse gezin! Prachtig gerenoveerde woning met zoveel extra's! Perfect proper en heel veel lege ruimte in de keuken om eigen gerief te stockeren! Echt niets op aan te merken! Voor ons was het weekend te kort, dus komen we zeker volgend jaar terug! Een dikke pluim voor de eigenaars!!
