This is therefore the ideal setting for a sun-drenched breakfast or tasty barbecue. Extra cosy in the autumn and winter with a thick sweater.
Bütgenbach has VENNTastic Beach: a beach of fine sand in the middle of a huge forest. From swimming to beach volleyball, you simply cannot get bored here. A little further on is Bütgenbach lake where you can enjoy sailing or windsurfing. Another top idea in the region? The Bayehon waterfall, not far from Malmedy. To reach the 9-metre high waterfall, which is located in a protected nature reserve, you can follow our mountain bike route in Eupen-Malmedy. Also nice: enjoy the very special GrillHike at the top of the ski slope in Ovifat. You will receive a detailed route description and a backpack with everything you need to enjoy a barbecue in the middle of nature. Idyllic.

Accueil chaleureux, propriétaires très discrets et qui respectent ses vacanciers. Charmante maison bien située au calme , dans un environnement verdoyant avec la présence d'animaux pour le bonheur des petits et des grands! Un vrai petit paradis pour se ressourcer. Spacieux appartement à l'étage ,confort et commodités au top! Grandes possibilités de promenades à pied ou en vélos (ravel ) Proximité des magasins,restos, environ 1 à 2 km. A recommander pour des vacances en pleine nature.
Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé! Le gîte est spacieux et décoré avec goût, le jardin et la terrasse sont magnifiques et les propriétaires sont chaleureux et accueillants. Nous avions prévenu que nous viendrions avec notre bébé et les propriétaires avaient mis une chaise haute, une table à langer et un lit parapluie à notre disposition. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte, Hâvre de paix idyllique!
Zeer leuk appartement. Waar je met een gezin van 4 terecht kan. Niet onbelangrijk voor de kinderen. Goed WiFi. Heel vriendelijk ontvangen en gesproken met de gastheer en gastvrouw. Rustige omgeving met mooie uitvalwegen om op pad te gaan. Een top weekend gehad in een top huis!!!

Weer Super verblijf gehad. Tweede keer hier geweest en gaan zeker nog terug. Comfortabel verblijf met super vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw. Zelfs de parking en uitwegen werden regelmatig sneeuwvrij gemaakt.
Excellent accueil. Le logement est spacieux, bien aménagé, et bien situé pour les amoureux de la nature, avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Jardin très agréable, les enfants ont beaucoup aimé les animaux.
Groot en gerieflijk appartement met mooie tuin
Verzorgd, ruim en mooi appartement, alles aanwezig om een fijne vakantie te beleven. Prima voorzieningen in de keuken. Ruime slaapkamers en goede bedden. Heel mooie omgeving, veel info aanwezig.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Sehr freundliche Eigentümer. Saubere Wohnung, gut unterhalten mit jeglichem Komfort. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Endroit décoré avec goût, mélange de recyclage et récupération et objets de qualité. Superbe parquet en bouleau. Très cosy et extérieur merveilleux : jardin immense, forêt et animaux variés
Zeer gezellig appartement met ruime en fantastische tuin op een boogscheut van het centrum van Bütgenbach. De eigenaars zorgden voor een vriendelijk ontvangst met een kleine attentie. Wij hebben er een aangename week beleefd! Door het iets minder goede weer misten we wel een droogrek in het appartement.

Zeer mooi appartement in een rustige omgeving. Perfect gelegen, langs de fietsknooppunten en dichtbij het centrum van Bütgenbach.
Zeer nette woning. Vriendelijke mensen. Rustig gelegen.
Geweldige vakantie gehad.Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaars. Enig minpuntje: weinig servies en bestek zodat je meermaals dient afwas te doen met een bijna lege vaatwasser. Wij gaan zeker nog terug.

Wij waren aangenaam verrast door de ontvangst. We kregen een rondleiding door de woning met alle informatie vandien. Sterk aan te raden en hopelijk tot ziens.
Nous avons été bien accueillis et même gaté avec une petite attention pour les enfants et nous même. Le logement est très fonctionnel et confortable. Grand jardin avec une petite forêt, idéal pour les enfants . Nous avons eu une coupure d électricité mais très vite résolue par les propriétaires qui habitent au rez-de-chaussée. Propriétaires discrets et disponibles en cas de problèmes. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour
Heel knus appartement met veel boeken en gezelschapspelletjes (wat handig was omdat we jammer genoeg niet zo mooi weer hadden).
Heel mooi vakantieverblijf met bijzonder vriendelijke eigenaars! Prachtige tuin met mooie damherten die je van dichtbij kan bewonderen. De eigenaars hebben na ons verblijf een tutje van onze peuter met de post verzonden zonder dat we het zelf gevraagd hebben, een mooie verrassing. Ze doen dus alle moeite om hun gasten in de watten te leggen! Bedankt!

Très beau gite, très confortable, équipement complet, belle situation, très calme, à refaire
Zeer mooie locatie dicht bij het meer van Bütgenbach. Zeer vriendelijk onthaal door de gastvrouw. Een aanrader.
Prima appartement, dat spijtig wel alleen via een soort brandtrap te bereiken is. De bedden zijn tamelijk hard. De infomover dekeuken klopt niet helemaal: het kookvuur is vitro-keramisch en niet inductie.
Super cosy attic apartment furnished with care and lovely collectors pieces (check out the 1920s typewriter!). (The only shortcoming is the rickety master bed ;) Kind and friendly owners living below, otherwise no other guests. Good location on the edge of Bütgenbach, in a quiet farming area. And the large garden has DEERS :)

Zeer net en mooi vakantiehuis voor een goede prijs in een mooi gebied. Tijdens ons verblijf bleek de wc niet goed door te trekken, maar dit werd direct en op een zeer positieve, behulpzame manier door de eigenaar opgelost.
