Located at the edge of the Lake of Bütgenbach, this holiday apartment complex offers an exceptional comfort level!

This apartment features two bedrooms and one bathroom. Plus, there is also a sofa bed, so the flat can comfortably accommodate up to six people.

From the living room as well as from your private terrace, you can contemplate the clear view of the lake, regardless of the season.

Onsite, you will find extra amenities and services that are worthy of a luxury hotel: reception on arrival, the beds are made, bath towels and tableware included, and a coffee or tea starter kit. You will also have access to the pool, sauna, fitness area, a play zone for older children and a space for the youngest that will delight your children. These extra amenities are shared with the other holiday apartments (eight in total).

It is also possible to book private access to the pool (only in the evenings and upon reservation, for an extra fee).

As you can see in the photos, you cannot be any closer to the Lake of Bütgenbach. The city centre, where you can find everything you need for a pleasant stay, is located less than 2 km away from your accommodation. If you would like to order from a catering service, call the Schmidt Party Service.

For any activities or visits to do in the area, these are some excellent options: the Castle of Reinhardstein in Robertville, Sniper Zone Paintball in Chôdes or the Railbike of the High Fens.

The swimming pool, the wellness area, the play areas and the gym are shared with other accommodations.

It is possible to buy a pack on site to please your other half: enjoy a massage or a private rental of the pool, including the wellness area, after 19.00 hours, play bowling or order breakfast. These arrangements can be settled on site upon your arrival.
