Located at the edge of the Lake of Butgenbach, this holiday apartment complex offers an exceptional comfort level!

This apartment features one bedroom and one bathroom. Plus, there is also a sofa bed, so the flat can comfortably accommodate up to four people.

From the living room as well as from your private terrace, you can contemplate the clear view of the lake, regardless of the season.

Onsite, you will find extra amenities and services that are worthy of a luxury hotel: reception on arrival, the beds are made, bath towels and tableware included, and a coffee or tea starter kit. You will also have access to the pool, sauna, fitness area, a play zone for older children and a space for the youngest that will delight your children. These extra amenities are shared with the other holiday apartments (eight in total).

It is also possible to book private access to the pool (only in the evenings and upon reservation, for an extra fee).

As you can see in the photos, you cannot be any closer to the Lake of Butgenbach. The city centre, where you can find everything you need for a nice stay, is located less than 2 km away from your accommodation. If you would like to order from a catering service, call the Schmidt Party Service.

For any activities or visits to do in the area, these are some good options: the Castle of Reinhardstein in Robertville, Sniper Zone Paintball in Chôdes or the Railbike of the High Fens.

Excellent appartement dans une résidence très sécurisé (portes avec cartes magnétiques). Les enfants peuvent vadrouiller seuls à l'intérieur sans risque. Supers infrastructures de qualité. Idéal pour les amateurs de sports nautiques qui ont leur propre matériel (planche). Petite plage payante à côté de la location (4euros adulte et 3 euros enfants) et location de pédalos et canoës. Superbe balade de 10 km à faire autour du lac. Le bonheur absolu de se lever avec la vue sur le lac.

Un séjour parfait! Endroit idéal pour partir à la découverte des lacs de la Région ou faire une escapade en Fagnes. La zone wellness du domaine est la cerise sur le gâteau : belle, bien conçue, bien entretenue. Un lieu à découvrir, vraiment !!!

Le lieu est magique, l'appartement et le bâtiment très bien aménagé. J'ai beaucoup apprécié également l'accueil et la découverte du site a été fait à notre arrivée. Un Week-end c'est beaucoup trop court, il faut y rester au moins une semaine. Si l'occasion se présente, nous reviendrons et avec des amis ou de la famille pour leur faire découvrir les lieux.
