Located at the edge of the Lake of Butgenbach, this holiday apartment complex offers an exceptional comfort level!
This apartment features one bedroom and one bathroom. Plus, there is also a sofa bed, so the flat can comfortably accommodate up to four people.
From the living room as well as from your private terrace, you can contemplate the clear view of the lake, regardless of the season.
Onsite, you will find extra amenities and services that are worthy of a luxury hotel: reception on arrival, the beds are made, bath towels and tableware included, and a coffee or tea starter kit. You will also have access to the pool, sauna, fitness area, a play zone for older children and a space for the youngest that will delight your children. These extra amenities are shared with the other holiday apartments (eight in total).
It is also possible to book private access to the pool (only in the evenings and upon reservation, for an extra fee).
As you can see in the photos, you cannot be any closer to the Lake of Butgenbach. The city centre, where you can find everything you need for a nice stay, is located less than 2 km away from your accommodation. If you would like to order from a catering service, call the Schmidt Party Service.
For any activities or visits to do in the area, these are some good options: the Castle of Reinhardstein in Robertville, Sniper Zone Paintball in Chôdes or the Railbike of the High Fens.

The swimming pool, the wellness area, the play areas and the gym are shared with other accommodations.
It is possible to buy a pack on site to please your other half: enjoy a massage or a private rental of the pool, including the wellness area, after 19.00 hours, play bowling or order breakfast. These arrangements can be settled on site upon your arrival.
Remark : This apartment lies in a complex with 7 other rentals.

SUPER SEJOUR, ON Y RETOURNERA
We hebben erg genoten van het verblijf in dit vakantiehuis. Een prachtige omgeving en een fijn huis. Alleen jammer dat er geen airco in de woning aanwezig was, maar dat is niet ten kosten gegaan van ons verblijf. Pascal en Alexander waren erg gastvrije en fijne mensen. We hebben heerlijk gevaren op het meer. Kortom een fijn verblijf voor jong en oud! Een mooie combinatie tussen ontspanning en recreatie mogelijkheden. Wij komen hier graag terug.
Uiterst vriendelijke gastvrouw, goed uitgerust appartement. Wij zijn fan !

Très belle découverte! Logement parfait, très propre, très bien équipé. Le calme et la vue sur le lac sont un vrai plus!
Excellent appartement dans une résidence très sécurisé (portes avec cartes magnétiques). Les enfants peuvent vadrouiller seuls à l'intérieur sans risque. Supers infrastructures de qualité. Idéal pour les amateurs de sports nautiques qui ont leur propre matériel (planche). Petite plage payante à côté de la location (4euros adulte et 3 euros enfants) et location de pédalos et canoës. Superbe balade de 10 km à faire autour du lac. Le bonheur absolu de se lever avec la vue sur le lac.
Fantastische lokatie! Een aanrader voor fietsers en wandelaars. Zeer net appartement, heerlijk gelegen vlakbij het water. Echt top!
Un séjour parfait! Endroit idéal pour partir à la découverte des lacs de la Région ou faire une escapade en Fagnes. La zone wellness du domaine est la cerise sur le gâteau : belle, bien conçue, bien entretenue. Un lieu à découvrir, vraiment !!!
