The interior has a lot of natural light. The living spaces are located on the upper floor and the bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor. The clay walls and the beautiful parquet floor give the whole a warm and cozy appearance. The large living room offers a beautiful view of the countryside through its large glass walls and is a very pleasant living space. And what about the large kitchen and dining room with a large table, where everyone can join together?
And that's not all! There is also an air hockey, barbecue, pool table, ping pong table, jacuzzi and much more. And for cyclists, the owner has thought of everything: a bike garage, a charging point for electric bikes... The house is also close to bike routes and the RAVEL. Zeer toffe woni g, super vriendelijke eigenaar!! Alles zeer netjes en in orde.
Superbe gîte bien équipé et propre. Chambre au rez de chaussée parfait durant les fortes chaleurs de ce week-end. Les enfants ont bien profité du ping-pong, kicker et billard mis à disposition.
Heel mooi ingericht huis voorzien van alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. De gastheer was heel vriendelijk, goed bereikbaar en heel behulpzaam. Aanrader!

Un super séjour entre amis ! Nous étions 12 adultes. Plein d'activités à faire dans la région et même dans le logement (billard, kicker, ping-pong) et le plus ; le jacuzzi ! Un logement vraiment magnifique et spacieux ! Et l'hôte est très sympathique et disponible ! Nous reviendrons très certainement !
Super huisje! Super proper en praktisch. Heel gezellige leefruimte met mooi uitzicht. De jacuzzi staat op een ongemakkelijke plaats. Nodigt niet echt uit om er gebruik van te maken.
Heel fijn verblijf voor een grote familie. Het aantal slaapkamers en bedden, inclusief aparte slaapkamer met privé badkamer voor opa en oma, was perfect voor ons grote gezin (11 p). Er is vermaak voor jong en oud (pooltafel, pingpong, kicker, airhockey en jacuzzi) en genoeg ruimte voor iedereen om zijn/haar ding te doen. We konden gezamenlijk eten aan de grote eettafels, zowel binnen als buiten. Het uitzicht is prachtig en in de directe omgeving kun je leuk wandelen. Kortom: zeker een aanrader!

Het was een zeer fijn weekend met onze groep vrienden. Top huis in een heel rustige omgeving, op wandelafstand van Butgenbach. Fijne eigenaars. Heel gastvrije ontvangst. Je kan vlot bij hen terecht voor verdere info en vragen over wandelingen/fietsen bijvoorbeeld. Kortom een verblijf voor herhaling vatbaar.
Maison bien conçue pour un grand groupe : salles de bains, toilettes multiples, grands espaces de vie,... Il manque juste un bon poêle pour avoir bien chaud en hiver.

Dit geweldige huis is echt een aanrader. Mooie ligging en prachtig verbouwd, met als kers op de taart de vele speeltafels en jacuzzi. We hebben een heerlijk weekend doorgebracht met opa en oma, kinderen en kleinkinderen.
Wij brachten een fantastisch weekend door in Butchenbach. Het vakantiehuis was perfect: schoon, mooi ingericht en zeer ruim. Een ideale uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes in de omgeving. Voor onze groep vrienden met kinderen was het helemaal geschikt. De jacuzzi zorgde voor extra ontspanning, wat een luxe! Kortom, een aanrader voor iedereen die een zorgeloos en comfortabel verblijf zoekt.
Wij hebben een super weekend gehad. De eigenaar was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het huis was volledig in orde, ook de keuken is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Zeer leuk dat er een jacuzzi en biljarttafel is. Zeer mooi uitzicht op prachtige omgeving. Ik kom zeker nog terug!

Coureur42 is een uitstekende plek om met je gezin, kinderen en kleinkinderen te vertoeven. Met de wagen zijn bakker, winkels etc. maar 5min, maar als je de fietsen bij hebt, het is perfect doenbaar met de fiets eens je op de RAVEL zit, dewelke op een 300m van het huis voorbij komt. Lionel is een super host en staat altijd klaar om je te helpen. Je voelt dat Sofie en Lionel hun ziel in de woning stopten. Alles is tip top in orde, al kan een poortje aan de trappen mss helpen voor de kleinsten ;

Leuk vakantiehuis dat helemaal in orde is. Leuke spelen zoals pool, ping-pong, jacuzzi.... Leuk terras met een mooi uitzicht! En te vergeten de eigenaar Lionel, vriendelijk en steeds bereikbaar voor als je met een vraag of probleem zit. Wij hebben er een zalige week doorgebracht met mooi en warm weer .... De kamers zijn zo gerenoveerd dat ze met het warme weer koel waren en aangenaam om te slapen.
Der Aufenthalt war super & das wird nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein, dass wir dort gewesen sind.
