Located in the beautiful area of Bütgenbach, this impressive holiday home with wellness area and game room is the perfect group accommodation in the Ardennes.
Not far from the Belgian-German border, this holiday home offers a full range of amenities for a dream vacation. Ideal for a large group and located in the Ardennes, this cottage has everything to ensure everyone has a pleasant stay.
With over 400m² designed for entertaining and pampering guests, this 2008 villa combines authenticity and modern comfort to meet all your needs. Indeed, this holiday home has a wellness area with sauna and solarium; a games room with billiards and football table; and a reading room.The large 3000m² garden features a children's playground with swings and a trampoline.
This holiday house is built on three floors. There is a large living area that includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room with open fire. In the basement, you will find another kitchen, dining room, and a lounge; so everyone has enough space. For guaranteed comfort, there are eleven bedrooms and four bathrooms in this holiday cottage. If you are travelling with a baby, you'll be happy to know that there is a baby cot and highchair in the house.
If you want to experience all the beauty of the Ardennes, Bütgenbach is a great place for you! Since the Lake Bütgenbach is located near the villa, there are many opportunities to indulge in all kinds of outdoor activities and sports; such as kayaking, windsurfing, mountain biking, and many others. You will also find many cultural attractions in this region. For example, the medieval Castle of Reinhardstein, located in Ovifat, is not far away.
If you are looking for a nice place to spend your winter holiday, you'll be happy to know that there are many opportunities to enjoy both downhill and cross country skiing in the area. Een heel ruim huis. De banken in de kamer staan niet heel stabiel op hun poten. Heel veel kopjes maar beperkt glazen voor fris. Voor de rest was er alles wat je kunt bedenken. Prachtig uitzicht. Soms lauw water in de douche. We hebben het heel goed naar ons zin gehad. Met ons hele gezin.
Fonctionnel, propre, grand volume. Dommage pour le manque de charme et de caractère de la maison. Le plus grand atout est le nb de chambres, leur bonne taille, et les portes de hall insonorisées.
Zeer ruim en comfortabel vakantiehuis voor grote groep vrienden met gezinnen. Huis heeft wel beperkt onderhoud nodig (losse deurklinken, lekkend toilet, geen warm water op verdiep nul en enkel lauw water op verdiep 2). Ideale inkomhal met veel ruimte voor jassen en schoenen. Wellness niet gebruikt wegens kleine IR-cabine in ongezellige 'kelderruimte'. Ideaal gelegen voor wandeltochten, mtb, uitstappen in de onmiddellijke omgeving (Vogelsang IP, Monschau, ....).

Perfecte locatie om met vrienden een weekend te vieren. Kamers goed onderhouden. Boiler op de benedenverdieping geeft regelmatig foutcode waardoor er geen warm water is. Andere verdiepingen geen probleem. Verder alles netjes. Fijn ontvangst!

long WE en famille avec 3 générations, bel emplacement, très spacieuse ce qui permet de se retrouver par petits groupes au calme
Over het algemeen goed alhoewel gebrek aan trampoline en hoog gras lastig was. Probleem slecht werkende rode afwasmachine en geen warm water op de -1 als de gelijkvloers waardoor zelfs geen warm water uit kranen voor handafwas vervelend was. Laatste dag op 2de verdiep geen warm water meer. Heel wat klinken hangen los aan deuren. Ontvangst prima en bedden geweldig om in te slapen.

prima huis, op de staat van de badkamers na, geen warm water en wisselende temperatuur
een zeer goed en mooi ingericht huis, een zeer goed uitgeruste keuken. naast het verplichte beddegoed heb je zelfs ook handdoeken bij....een goeie ontvangst door de gastvrouw.
Très belle maison. Très bien équipée, les personnes qui nous ont accueillis très gentils.Sauf bémol. Un voisin grincheux qui suivait tt le monde pour se plaindre de l’afflux des touristes , même les promenades en forêt lui posaient problème
aangenaam huis, voldoende groot, mooie en comfortabele slaapkamers. Jammer dat de boiler in de benedenbadkamer niet werkte.
