Indeed, this holiday home has a wellness area with sauna and solarium; a games room with billiards and football table; and a reading room.The large 3000m² garden features a children's playground with swings and a trampoline.
This holiday house is built on three floors. There is a large living area that includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room with open fire. In the basement, you will find another kitchen, dining room, and a lounge; so everyone has enough space. For guaranteed comfort, there are eleven bedrooms and four bathrooms in this holiday cottage. Mooie ligging, groot huis, biljart- en voetbaltafel. Enkele minpunten: geen koffiezet, afwasmachine defect, te weinig bierglazen, veel spinnen tegen het plafond, in bijna elke kamer vergeten spullen onder het bed, douchewater loopt niet weg
Groot huis met voldoende faciliteiten en het onderhoud kan beter. Zeer vriendelijke beheerder.
Prima, ruim, netjes onderhouden. 2 zaken die opvielen: 3e verdiep douchekop, en op het balkon staat een houten tafel waarvan de tafelpoten in slechte staat zijn. Het is best om die te vervangen voordat hij doorzakt

Très grande maison pour un séjour en famille à plusieurs. Les chambres et salle de bains sont bien disposées dans la maison. Le grand séjour est très agréable pour une grande famille. la proximité avec l'activité des draisines est top ainsi que pour les départs en promenade. Juste un petit bémol pour les tables de jardin à changer d'urgences car vraiment fortement abimées.
Grande maison située dans une très belle région. Equipements un peu juste pour accueillir des grands groupe et assurer le confort a tous.

Maison agréable et spacieuse. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un bon week-end avec notre groupe de chant choral. Néanmoins le gros point négatif est l'absence d'eau chaude pendant la moitié de notre séjour dans plusieurs salles de bain ainsi que dans la cuisine. Nous avons contacté la personne responsable en cours de séjour sans réponse sur ce sujet.

Beaux espaces vu le nombre de personnes, chambres spacieuses. Le gros bémol est l'eau chaude quasiment absente pour se doucher au rez-de-chaussée et au 2ème étage. Juste le 1er jour où l'eau chaude était présente. Petite chaudière pour tout chauffer. Nécessite un peu de réparation pour pommeau douche, clinches de portes par exemple.
Wij hebben met onze vriendengroep (incl. Kinderen) een heel prettig verblijf gehad. Zeker de moeite waard om nog eens terug te komen. Goede bedden en niet gehorig!
Belle Maison spacieuse, salon agréable, chambres confortables,la literie est bonne. L’équipement dans la cuisine n’est pas très adapté au nombre de personnes ( peu d’assiettes et verres …) Sanitaires parfois défaillants, flexibles des douches coulent, refoulement des égouts, … Il manque qq éclairages dans les pièces de vie et 1 wc. Aucune consigne concernant les poubelles.

Een heel ruim huis. De banken in de kamer staan niet heel stabiel op hun poten. Heel veel kopjes maar beperkt glazen voor fris. Voor de rest was er alles wat je kunt bedenken. Prachtig uitzicht. Soms lauw water in de douche. We hebben het heel goed naar ons zin gehad. Met ons hele gezin.
Fonctionnel, propre, grand volume. Dommage pour le manque de charme et de caractère de la maison. Le plus grand atout est le nb de chambres, leur bonne taille, et les portes de hall insonorisées.
Zeer ruim en comfortabel vakantiehuis voor grote groep vrienden met gezinnen. Huis heeft wel beperkt onderhoud nodig (losse deurklinken, lekkend toilet, geen warm water op verdiep nul en enkel lauw water op verdiep 2). Ideale inkomhal met veel ruimte voor jassen en schoenen. Wellness niet gebruikt wegens kleine IR-cabine in ongezellige 'kelderruimte'. Ideaal gelegen voor wandeltochten, mtb, uitstappen in de onmiddellijke omgeving (Vogelsang IP, Monschau, ....).
