This enormous deluxe villa is undoubtedly the dream place to spend unforgettable moments as a group! In this magnificent, privatised location, you'll have the impression of being in a movie. Whether it's sunny or snowing, you won't have time to get bored... Enjoy the sauna, the indoor swimming pool or the infrared cabin to give yourself a pleasant break. While doing so, the other guests can enjoy themselves in the pool room or have fun in the garden. In the evening, show your dance floor skills in the multi-purpose room. If you rather prefer some peace and quiet, sit down comfortably by the fireside and talk with your companions. Everyone can do what suits them best!
Butgenbach is a well-appreciated tourist location in the province of Liège. On sunny days, make sure to plan a trip to the lake where, during the day, you can try your hand at paddle boats, surfing, kayaking or even canoeing. About twenty minutes down the road, discover the city of Malmedy ,which is vibrant all year round. Children and adults will love to tour through the alleys and the green spaces, on foot or by bicycle.

Na een geweldige ontvangst door Christianne een uitstekend verblijf van 2 weken gehad. Met 17 mensen en alles was werkelijk voortreffelijk. Service een dikke 10. Rustige ligging, keuken was uit de kunst met een voortreffelijke oven en vaatwasser. Alles behoorlijk nieuw. Afwerking uitstekend, meubilair ruim voldoende en goed. Voor een zorgeloze en ontspannen vakantie.

Unser Betriebsausflug war dank dieser Unterkunft ein voller Erfolg. Alle Räumlichkeiten waren sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Einrichtung hat nichts zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir werden bestimmt noch mal wiederkommen!
Een ongelooflijk prachtig huis! Waanzinnig! Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. Rustige ligging met prachtig uitzicht. Zowel kamers als gemeenschappelijke ruimten zijn zeer ruim. Beneden is alles rolstoeltoegankelijk incl aparte suite. Alles is voorzien op grote groepen. Bedden slapen heerlijk. Gastvrouw is zeer toegankelijk, heeft ons geholpen met vinden van catering en kinderoppas. Kortom niets op aan te merken, heerlijk verblijven daar! Ps speeltuigen in tuin aanwezig. Zwembad kan afgeslote
