This semi-detached apartment is composed of 2 floors with a total area of 80m². The first floor hosts the living areas: the living room with TV and DVD player and the equipped kitchen opening on the dining room. A very stylish staircase will lead you upstairs where you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Renting this holiday home also allows you to enjoy a 65m² terrace with barbecue. It is also equipped with an outdoor sauna and a Jacuzzi. It overlooks a magnificent and green landscape.
Right from your holiday cottage, you will be able to go for a walk in the woods (300 metres away) or along the river. To enjoy your hikes to the fullest, opt for the Fromenade. Das Haus war sehr sauber, es hat uns in Coo gut gefallen
L'appartement (escalier grillagé pour y arriver donc pas pour PMR) est très bien concu si ce n'est l'escalier japonais un peu difficile quand on doit monter les valises, sinon on s'y fait très vite. Une vue splendide même si Plospaland. l'intérieur agencé avec goût et il ne manquait rien pour passer un long week-end en famille. se trouve en dessous et en face (le bruit n'est pas dérangeant). Jaccuzi et sauna un plus. Par ailleurs, beaucoup de balades sur place et la cascade à deux pas.
Leuk modern huisje in een rustig en klein dorpje met wandelgelegenheden in de omgeving. De jacuzzi hoef je niet zelf te stoken wat heerlijk is. Wel deden niet alle functies het meer, dus wat verouderd. De sauna kost €2 per uur maar is erg fijn. Wel erg goed opletten op de trappen zowel binnen als buiten! De bedden waren minder voor rug/nek.. Het huisje was verder erg fijn met een goede keuken. Wij zouden zeggen voor maximaal 3 volwassenen.
Mooi huisje
Zeer goed vakantie huisje met mooie ligging, Jacuzzi was alleen wel wat verouderd en niet alle knoppen deden het maar alsnog heerlijk.
Ik heb een spierziekte dus de trap om het huis in te gaan was een obstakel. Staat ook niet specifiek vermeld op de site.
Deze woning is qua ligging uitstekend. Trap is echt doodeng en gevaarlijk. Het rook er erg muf en er zaten vochtplekken op de muren.Wc niet schoon in de ruimte achter de keuken. Hier staat ook de boiler en electriciteitskast,rook het heel chemisch (gas?) En je hoorde een hele felle piep! Dit heb ik tijdens ons verblijf gemeld maar geen reactie! Al met al verouderd en niet echt proper. Keuken is wel goed. Bank is te klein voor 4 personen. Wij zouden niet meer kiezen voor deze woning.
Intussen zijn de boiler en elektriciteitskast gecontroleerd. Alles is in orde, er is geen gevaar want er is geen gas of chemische producten in het huis. Wat de vochtplekken in de woonkamer betreft, is er inderdaad een lekkage tijdens een regen geweest, die opgelost is. De muur moet toch droog worden om deze weer te verven. Nog bedankt voor deze opmerkingen, het helpt ons om de kwaliteit van de huizen te kunnen volgen en verbeteren. ?
