This large holiday home can accommodate up to 26 guests. It has seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The spaces are practical and functional. The kitchen is well equipped for large groups. It should also be noted that your dog is welcome.
This holiday home will be the base for your many activities in the region: the Plopsa Coo amusement park and the famous waterfall located opposite.
You can try kayaking, mountain biking, paintball, and adventure activities with our partners in the region: Coo Adventure, Club Actif, Newlife Outdoor Sports, Ardennes Cycling, and more.
There are various wildlife parks nearby for the little ones: Wild Park Coo (a few minutes away) and Forestia, in Theux (around 20 km away).
Fancy some cultural outings? Visit Stavelot Abbey or the Malmundarium in Malmedy.
This large-capacity accommodation, near numerous sporting and adventure activities, will be your base for exploring the region of Coo, Stavelot, Malmedy, and Spa.
There is no garden, but the property does have a patio where you can enjoy eating outdoors.

Huisje met perfecte ligging. Goed uitgeruste keuken en bbq. Ruimte om buiten te zitten is beperkt (geen gras om te spelen) maar perfect geschikt voor een bbq met 20 man. Aanrader!
Ruime accommodatie voor een grotere groep. Alles was in orde en aanwezig. Enige opmerking, er zijn geen extra vuilzakken ter plaatse zoals aangegeven dus best zelf nog vuilzakken voorzien. Jacuzzi is een pluspunt!

Tres agréable Gîte, bien situé et bien équipé. Le coin salon est un peu petit et les assises sont inconfortables.
Maison agréable et correctement aménagée. Situation idéale proche de toutes les commodités. Cuisine bien équipée. Jacuzzi très très sympa. Pièces de vie plutôt spacieuses. Petit Bémol sur la literie moyennement confortable.

Goede prijs kwaliteitsverhouding. Het husmis was net, maar is wel wat verouderd. Maar op zich geen probleem als je veel buitenactiviteiten doet zoals wij met onze groep gedaan hebben. Om daar ganse dagen binnen te verblijven zou ik dit huis niet aanraden. Te kliene zithoek. Leefruimte is daarvoor gewoon te klein. Maar in ons geval speelde dat geen rol. Je zit ook heel dichtbij cafés, eetgelegenheden, activiteiten, etc. Dus heel goede ligging.

Mooi groot huis voor groep met kinderen. Jacuzzi is fijn. Fijne locatie in Coo bij alle activiteiten. Wel soms wat achterstallig onderhoud (geen lampenkap, geen gordijn etc.)

De staat van de woning laat ietwat te wensen over. Op de slaapkamers was het erg klam. De badkamers en toiletten waren niet optimaal. De ruimte was echter prima en ook de ligging was ideaal. De keuken was zeer uitgebreid
