This tastefully restored, 3-star former hunting lodge is nestled in a magnificent wooded park with a pond.

Located in Couvin in the province of Namur, this authentic Ardennes holiday home, nestled deep in nature, has one bedroom (plus one double bed in the living space) and one comfortable bathroom. After a day of walking, relax in the large, cosy living space, consisting of a comfortable living room with a cassette-style wood-burning stove and a TV, a bright, welcoming dining room, and an open-plan kitchen with a wonderful countertop and all the appliances you need, including a dishwasher. Enjoy sunbathing or an aperitif (or two!) in the pretty, private garden while the BBQ grill heats up. The house has a wireless internet connection and private parking for four cars.

Want to get your stay off to a good start? All aboard the vintage steam train at the 3 Valleys Railway to explore the Ardennes in the old-fashioned way. Staying on a trip down memory lane, it’s time to go back to school at l’Espace Arthur Masson. When the bell rings, rediscover the smell of ink and the chalk dust as well as some good, old-fashioned discipline. Entertainment guaranteed! Zeer fijn verblijf gehad in Couvin, fijne plek om even tot rust te komen. De loft is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een goed uitgeruste keuken en mooie open haard. De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeker een aanrader, goede ligging om de natuur in te gaan of stadjes te bezoeken.

Excellent accueil de la part de Steve et Natacha qui consacrent énormément d'energie et de passion à leur domaine et qui savent le partager. Le logement est magnifique, bien équippé, situé dans un écrin de verdure. Les ballades matinales autour des étangs étaient un pur délice. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir!

Eenheid sfeervol gezellig huis die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig zoals een oven om lekkere verse broodjes af te bakken. Ook aan spelletjes ontbreekt het niet. De openhaard was prachtig en verwarmde de woning goed. De woning ligt in een prachtige omgeving en is een goede uitvalbasis om dagjes de dorpjes of grotten te ontdekken. De eigenaars zijn heel erg vriendelijk en staan klaar om je verblijf geslaagd te maken. Wij zullen zeker nog terug keren.

Spread out between the Provinces of Namur and Hainaut, the Entre-Sambre-et-Meuse area reveals original natural sites. The Eau d'Heure Lakes (the largest in the kingdom) offer a host of activities and are ideal for sailing. The Fondry des Chiens is much more arid as it is a real canyon, great for discovering unique vegetation.
