On the edge of the wood, this house full of character was completely renovated in 2010 with one aim : offering its guests an exceptional stay. Noble materials, friendly atmosphere, exceptional equipment, everything is there to satisfy families. Near the charming fortified town of Rocroi (F), you will find numerous tourist activities to do.
Every year, on the second weekend of July, in Mariembourg, the beer festival takes place. Don't hesitate to come and enjoy a good pint.
No cable television service
This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.
It is not allowed to organise student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties,…
Pets not allowed
Mooi, verzorgd vakantiehuis. De indeling is heel aangenaam voor het verblijf met een grote groep. De ruimtes zijn groot, de keuken is zeer goed uitgerust, mooie sauna. Top huis!
Très belle maison, très bien rénovée, très agréable. Manque juste quelques jeux pour les jeunes enfants ou un portique de jeux extérieur. Nous n’avons pas pu aller promener dans les bois à cause de la chasse, très dommage pour une maison située à l’orée du bois.
Wij verbleven hier met 3 koppels met kinderen. Het huis beschikt over al de nodige faciliteiten voor een zorgeloos verblijf. Eenvoudig, in orde, en geen overbodige decoratie (kan stuk gaan, dat levert bij een verblijf met jonge kinderen toch alleen maar stress op...). Jammer dat het aanpalende bos niet toegankelijk is (privé/jacht). Echter is er bos genoeg in de wijdere omgeving! De wellness faciliteiten werden niet uitgetest.
Superbe gîte dans une très belle région. Très belle maison restaurée avec des matériaux de qualité et très bien agencée. Un tout petit bémol sur l'isolation acoustique vers les chambres.
Rustig gelegen huis met voldoende ruime en propere kamers. Ardeense sfeer met open haardvuur. Grote tafel geschikt voor gezelschapsspellen.
Zeer fijn verblijf in een rustige omgeving
Een mooi en ruim huis, uitgerust met alle nodig comfort. De kinderen konden veilig spelen in de tuin. Veel natuur dichtbij.
Wij hadden een heel leuke tijd in dit gezellig huisje. Heel mooie wandelingen kunnen maken en de kindjes hebben het hele weekend gespeeld in de grote tuin. (er lag sneeuw).

Het is een ruim en meer dan voldoende geoutilleerd huis. Alle kamers zijn ruim en netjes ingericht.

Mooie woning met het nodige comfort. Goed onderhouden. Ruime tuin, rustige omgeving. Vriendelijke en flexibele ontvangst. Mooie omgeving om te wandelen.
Endroit parfait pour le calme. Grands espaces pour une grande famille. Juste à régler le problème de l'alarme.
Bâtisse très charmante à l’orée d’un bois, construction récente, habitable, confortable et chaleureuse. Nous y avons passé un très agréable weekend, profitant du soleil sur la terrasse, du magnifique BBQ ainsi que de la cuisine bien équipée pour de bons petits plats. Le sauna était un vrai Plus !

Prachtig huisje, rustig gelegen, ideaal voor wandelingen en toch dicht genoeg bij winkels
Weekend en famille, tout le monde à pu trouver sa place et profiter de son séjour! Le sauna est un réel plus ! La place ne manque pas ce qui rend l'endroit encore plus agréable !
