This former farm near Dinant, in the province of Namur, has been converted into a holiday home for groups that is inviting and super comfortable. The owners really have thought of everything so that every guest feels comfortable: a separate games area with games for children, a TV with a DVD system, a spacious living area on two levels (living room with an open hearth and a lounge space with a bar and a billiards table), a cinema room, an infrared sauna, a relaxing reading area, a multi-purpose room with a projector (on request), and much more. You’ll be completely satisfied!
The lovely kitchen with its wood finishing is well equipped to make meal preparation a pleasure! With a six-burner gas stove, an oven, a microwave, and no less than two dishwashers. The kitchen leads onto the huge dining room, where the massive table can easily accommodate 25 guests.
There are 11 bathrooms with a beautiful bathtub or a shower, and 10 bedrooms with attractive decor. The high-quality finishing and the wonderful decorative details in each living space in this 4-star holiday home will ensure you have a fantastic group stay in the Ardennes.
The former farm is on the edge of a village, in an oasis of greenery. Enjoy the sunshine on the patio while the children play in the beautiful garden. Lastly, the property has a large, private car park with space for seven cars.

There, you can visit Vêves Castle, built in the 13th century by the lords of Beaufort. It is one of the oldest and best preserved castles in Belgium.

Mooi, verzorgd, aangenaam vakantiehuis zowel voor tieners als volwassenen.
Een prachtige woning met alles erop en eraan, heel goed onderhouden. Een mooie afgesloten tuin. De woning is gelegen op een rustige locatie. Een echte aanrader. Wellicht komen we ooit nog terug.
wij hebben ons familie weekend als zeer prettig ervaren in deze woning!
Een zeer mooie vakantiewoning met voldoende ruimte voor ontspanning. We verbleven hier met 6 gezinnen met kinderen tussen 19 en 8 jaar oud. Er waren veel ontspanningsmogelijkheden .

Alles perfect.Ik had persoonlijk nog graag de eigenaars ontmoet bij het verlaten van de woning, maar dit is helaas niet gelukt.Ik wilde hen bedanken voor het superlekker ontbijt dat als onverwacht gebaar letterlijk en figuurlijk in de smaak viel. Het enige negatieve puntje is de akoestiek: de twee kindjes werden hevig in hun slaap gestoord doordat we hen nergens van het lawaai konden afschermen. We zijn nu eenmaal geen familie die 's avonds stilletjes in de zetels zit ;-). Het weekend was TOP!

Een hele ruime woning middenin een mooi decor. Ook leuk was de tv-kamer en de speelkamer voor de kinderen. De vloerverwarming zorgde voor een heel aangename temperatuur over het hele huis. Verschillende wandelingen starten aan de deur. Daar ook de bakker op wandelafstand was, hadden we het hele weekend geen auto nodig. We werden tevens vriendelijk onthaald. Wat mij betreft zeker een woning om nog eens te bezoeken.
Beaucoup de lumière. Mais, un gros problème d'insonorisation. Tout le monde doit aller dormir en même temps, sinon c'est infernal, et avec un groupe de 25 et de 4 ans à 60 ans c'est juste impossible de trouver le sommeil. Donc, très cher pour 4 jours.

Ce gite est extra, super bien tenu. On y trouve beaucoup d’espaces pour 25 personnes avec différents coins de détente. Les propriétaires sant très attentionnés et présents si nécessaire. L’ équipement est parfait avec deux lave vaisselles et une chambre froide comme frigo. Autant de salles de bains que de chambres. Lits très confortables et moustiquaires aux fenêtres. Félicitations pour la tenue de ce gîte.
