Het huisje was goed en rustig gelegen. We hebben bewust voor prijsgunstig gekozen. Het huisje was in orde en proper. Alleen de tuin was niet bruibaar omdat die niet onderhouden is.
Très bel endroit et très bon accueil. Le gîte par contre mériterai plus de soin.
Gîte situé dans un environnement paisible et calme. La maison est assez grande pour 3 personnes. Par contre un peu de poussière. 30€ c’est un peu cher pour le nettoyage, dommage qu’on doive d’office payer cette somme (peut aussi être fait par le locataire).

Het dekbed, hoofdkussens en matrasbeschermer waren echt heel vuil! Eigenlijk onaanvaardbaar. Gelukkig hadden we een eigen dekbed mee. Moest dit in orde geweest zijn dan was dit perfect geweest.
De eigenaar schrijft ons het volgende : "De matras beschermhoezen en hoofdkussen zij gewassen en vervangen"
This holiday home is in a beautiful location and the host is welcoming and was available for us throughout the holiday. However, there are issues with the bedroom access and the garden safety. The upper loft bedroom has a very steep loft ladder style stair and is unsuitable for older people or children. The access to this bedroom is very unsafe, the balcony does not extend the full length and there is a straight drop onto the stairs with no door/gate. The garden is unsuitable to walk a pet in.
"The owner writes us the following : "Access to the room, stairs and balcony are secured and there is no danger to children. The house has been rented out as a holiday home since 2004 and there has never been an incident. The garden is indeed not fenced and we request that you keep your dog on a leash. "

De ligging is perfect, omgeven door groen, heel rustgevend. Doch voor 4pers net iets te klein, geen bergruimte. Het is een horig huis, het minste wat beweegt word gehoord in het gehele huis.
Het is een knus vakantie huisje met al het nodige aanwezig maar de hygiëne kan een stuk beter zeker met een klein kindje dat overal rond kruipt
Zoals het nu is, zou ik het niet aanraden. Met wat eenvoudige aanpassingen kan de kwaliteit een stuk verbeteren.
Une maison de vacances agréablement située, au calme, avec une belle vue sur un jardin presque sauvage et des étangs. De belles terrasses pour apprécier le soleil et le calme. Un magasin avec produits régionaux, tout proche, avec possibilité de boire un verre et manger une glace ! Très sympa !
Het huisje ligt heel mooi, mooie grote tuin, rustige omgeving. Het huis zelf is erg gehorig. Er gaat s nachts constant een pomp aan die je uit je slaap houdt. De trappen zijn erg stijl en wankel. De bovenste slaapkamer is niet af te sluiten met een deur. De toilet in de badkamer is voor volwassene niet handig geplaatst. ( je zit met je benen in het wastafelmeubel) Het het was niet schoon, maar er moet wel verplicht € 30,00 betaald worden voor de schoonmaak.

Telefoonnummer die op Ardenne Etape staat is niet correct. Het is 31 ipv 30. Zo kan je persoon niet bereiken als er iets zou tussen komen ivbm later of vroeger aankomen. Gelukkig hangt er een correct telefoonnr bij aankomst.

Prachtige ligging en zeer rustig . Bereikbaarheid van de bovenste slaapkamer is niet zo evident maar anders zeer prettig verblijf
