Wake up after a restful night, enjoy an extended breakfast, cosy aperitifs, read a book by a crackling fire, take a nice warm shower after a busy day, etc. Whatever you do and in whatever room you do it: this magnificent holiday home ensures a pretty view of the surrounding nature everywhere. Our personal favourite? The giant chess game in the garden. Beautiful to look at and fun to play. There is also the billiards, table football and ping pong to provide additional entertainment. Ideal for a rainy day or after a fun day outdoors. In addition, 8 cosy bedrooms with private bathrooms ensure everyone has their own space. Ideal for an occasional escape from the hustle and bustle of your family holiday.
This is the ideal base for a varied holiday close by. The small but cosy Dinant is just half an hour away. Next to the village of Falmignoul (Dinant) is the ravine of Colebi, a remarkable site on the right bank of the Meuse from where you can enjoy a nice walk. The village itself has an extra asset in store for you: the Caracole village brewery where you can taste their delicious (organic) beer. If you want a nice walk with the kids – including picnic – we recommend the “Ry de Rome” walk in Couvin. A favourite of Ardennes-étape parents. Fancy something with a little more action? One of our personal favourites close to this holiday rental is the Fondry des Chiens nature reserve in Viroinval. This is a spectacular place reminiscent of Provence.

Het is een fantastisch huis met alle mogelijke comfort. Vooral overal eigen badkamers met eigen, WC's is een pluspunt. Het huis heeft een prachtig uitzicht. Zelf vond ik de streek rondom niet zo spectaculair om te wandelen, maar dat doet uiteraard niets af aan de woning.
Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenares. Alles is op en top kwaliteit. Voor ons tweede maal, komen zeker terug. Toplocatie.

Prachtige, comfortabele en perfect uitgeruste woning, met grote tuin: perfect voor een gezinsvakantie met kinderen en kleinkinderen
Vriendelijke ontvangst. Keuken uitgerust om te koken voor 15 personen. Kamers en badkamers super in orde. Spelgelegenheid voor onze kinderen, proximus tv, een gashaard, ... Alles wat je kan bedenken was aanwezig. Wij komen terug!
Magnifique maison avec beaucoup de confort, cuisine spacieuse. Très belle région à visiter. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour entre amis. Les propriétaires sont super sympa je recommande cette villa. A refaire en 2024....
Perfect accomodation. This house is a true beauty, the pictures don't do it enough justice. The reception and communication prior to and during our stay was very pleasant, quick and friendly. A big plus is that the house is centrally located with great amenities.

Gewoon het perfecte huis voor een onbezorgd verblijf. Alle mogelijke comfort zowel in de kamers als de keuken als de tuin. Met een uitermate vriendelijke gastvrouw .
Het is een heel mooi huis, rustig gelegen in een mooie streek. Zeker een aanrader om met familie of vrienden een weekend of week te verblijven. De eigenaars zijn eveneens heel vriendelijk en ze bezorgen je een heel vriendelijke ontvangst.
We kregen een wauw gevoel bij het betreden van het prachtige huis, dat met heel veel smaak was ingericht. De slaapkamers hebben waardevolle bedden met zeer goede matrassen en beddengoed van de witte lietaer. Luxueuze badkamers en een meer dan voldoende uitgeruste keuken om voor 15 personen te koken. De fitnessruimte en de speelruimte zijn een extra troef om nog te zwijgen over de leuke grote tuin met pergola . Het meest bekorende was het panoramisch zicht vanuit de leefruimte. 10/10
