You just have to step out the door to discover nice walks. Ideal for getting some extra vitamin D after an extended breakfast. Afterwards, you can enjoy a talk on your sun-drenched terrace about what you have discovered in the area, or during the winter months, by a crackling fire. You can get plenty of beers in the area for an aperitif, we’ll tell you more about them in a moment.

This holiday home in the Province of Namur is the ideal base for those who enjoy a varied holiday and original nature reserves. You can be on the lakes of Eau d’Heure in half an hour where you can dive, sail and jet ski. Our personal favourite? That’s the Fondry des Chiens nature reserve: a spectacular place reminiscent of Provence. For a nice walk with the kids – including picnic – we recommend the “Ry de Rome” walk in Couvin. Complete your stay in the Ardennes with a visit to the Caracole village brewery where you can taste delicious (organic) beer.
