Het verblijf was top. Proper en groot met een gezellige sfeer. Het ontvangst en communicatie was top en zeer vriendelijk. Zeker aan te raden.
Everything was good,
Super mooi. Mooie ligging. Om bij het huis te komen is het een steile afgang. De parkeerplaats zou bij gewerkt moeten worden aangezien je daar moet oppassen dat je je autobanden niet kapot rijdt. Maar verder alles top.
topligging (voor ons als golfers) met zicht op de golf de durbuy, mooie ruime kamers en badkamer op de verdieping, ruime verzorgde keuken en leef- en eetruimte , jammer van de knalgroene plastieken stoelen aan de eettafel (zowel binnen als buiten, die afbreuk doen aan de gezelligheid. de jacuzzi was niet netjes (sigarettepeuken in het water), mooi terras met terrasverwarmers en BBQ
We hebben genoten van ons WE. Het huisje had zijn positieve dingen en ook enkele negatieve. Het terras met de verwarmers was zeker een pluspunt. Jammer dat we de eerste ochtend geen warm water hadden in de onderste badkamer. Ook de koffiezet was aan vernieuwing toe. Jammer van het lawaai in de muren in de slaapkamer beneden. Petanqueballen waren jammer genoeg niet aanwezig. Minpuntje was ook dat we altijd de auto hebben moeten nemen om een verplaatsing te doen
Tijdens een weekend met vrienden was het heerlijk vertoeven in deze accomodatie. Het had alles dat we nodig hadden om er een onvergetelijke ervaring van te maken. De omgeving biedt tal van fantastische opties om samen te ontdekken. Het was een ideale uitvalsbasis voor het ontdekken van de regio waar we na een lange dag vol activiteiten konden genieten van een lekker glaasje bij het eten en een afsluitend bezoek aan de sauna en de jacuzzi. Wij raden het zeker aan!
Très peu de chose à dire Seulement: le livre d'accueil avec les explications ainsi que toutes autres écritures dans le gîte sont en néerlandais, et rien en anglais ou français. C'est un peu dommage lorsqu'on recherche une information, et que nous nous trouvons en Wallonie.
Net ,groot vakantiehuis. Met een heerlijke jacuzzi en sauna. Rustig gelegen.
We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. De wellness ruimte was ook fijn omdat je deze ook kan afsluiten ivm privacy. We moesten even wennen aan de golfbaan achter ons huis. We vonden het uiteindelijk heel erg leuk omdat er af en toe een golfer tijdens de dag te zien was. Niet heel veel net genoeg dat het charmant was. Het huis is wat gedateerd maar ik vond het heerlijk goede ruimte en een gezellige sfeer met de open haard . Ik kan het huis iedereen aanraden

__AEV5_Event_122 Après visite sur place le 17 mars, Ardennes étape certifie que la literie a été totalement remise à neuf, et qu'il n'y a plus de problèmes d'odeur et d'humidité au sous-sol. Na een bezoek aan de woning op 17 maart verklaarde Ardennes Étape dat het beddengoed volledig was opgeknapt en dat er geen stank- of vochtproblemen meer waren op de benedenverdieping.

Très jolie maison mais 3 chambres selon moi car la chambre au sous sol n’est pas saine (très très humide). Problème électrique à régler sinon très bel endroit , calme et verdoyant.
Vakatiehuis was mooi.Nogmaals we hebben de natuur super ervaren.Alleen erg triest van niet schonen beddegoed en vieze matrassen.dit is voor ons een heel groot minpunt .Dit is geen reclame voor Ardennes Etape
Het huis zelf heeft alles wat nodig is voor een luxe verblijf. Ruimte genoeg voor ons gezin. Leuk om de golfers bezig te horen in de ochtend. Er is wel redelijk vroeg al wat lawaai door het onderhoud van de golfterrein... Bij aankomst bleek echter dat de jacuzzi (waar we naar uit keken) heel onfris rook. We hebben dan maar zelf een chloorshock toegepast zodat we na enkele dagen toch nog gebruik konden maken hiervan. De sauna was wel in orde. De benedenverdieping rook wel heel muf...
Zeer mooi vakantie huis, de tuin heeft wat onderhoud nodig. Ligging is goed enkel hadden we veel last van de grasmachines en werken op het golfterrein die elke dag om 6u30 begonnen. De sauna was top, de jacuzzi minder deze heeft onderhoud nodig, we hebben deze niet gebruikt.

Het is een heel fijn huis, het ligt prachtig. Twee mindere zaken waren: beide koffie apparaten werkten niet of slecht. En in 1 van de slaapkamers was duidelijk gerookt, gelukkig hielp het om de ramen open te zetten maar het was echt wel even een vieze lucht.
Heerlijk familie huis met uitkijk op bos en golfbaan en fijne sauna en jacuzzi. Blij dat er geen sneeuw lag ivm steile helling. Ondanks dat één van de twee radiatoren in de woonkamer niet werkte, toch warm genoeg. Erg fijne week gehad.
Gastvrouw Katleen was plezier in het app contact, vlot en helder. Huisje was echt super Fijne bedden, sauna en Jacuzzi dikke prima. Geen minpunten dit weekend!
