Maison magnifique
Het vakantiehuis ligt zeer afgelegen en heeft geen bereik, ukint hier dus niet bellen en internetten is onmogelijk. Alhoewel in de advertentie staat vermeld dat er wifi aanwezig is is dit niet het geval. Als er al verbinding met de wifi mogelijk was kwam dit niet verder dan 2mbit en alleen op het bed van de slaapkamer. De gastheer reageert niet of heel laat en spreekt alleen Frans. Douchen is slechts mogelijk in een van de 2 slaapkamers. Oude ingezakte stoelen rond de eettafel.
Située en bord de route nationale, le trafic est bruyant en général et en particulier la nuit et infernal le dimanche. Jacuzzi non fonctionnel ! Wifi en panne à notre arrivée , rapidement réparé. Attention à la surprise des charges reçues 15 jours après notre départ : le coup de fusil ! Un avis très mitigé…
Mooi gelegen, rustig en met alle benodigdheden aanwezig. Een beetje een afloopgeur in een van de badkamers. Ook spijtig dat het internet niet werkte door een locale storing want helaas heb je ter plaats ook geen 4G bereik.
Mooie en propere vakantie woning, net zoals op de foto's. Ietwat luidruchtige straat vlakbij. Wifi voldeed niet anno 2023. Verder heel leuk verblijf!
Stoelen in de eetplaats zijn aan vervanging toe, afrekening gas/electriciteit en water was schandalig duur (wie had er nu gedacht in augustus nog te moeten verwarmen) Jacuzzi is ook aan vernieuwing toe, idem voor de faciliteiten die buiten stonden ... pingpong tafel viel bijna uiteen. In het algemeen is er wat renovatie nodig . Ligging top, voor mensen met kinderen de WIFI is er zeer slecht.
Schommel was stuk, jacuzzi vol met vliegjes !
Het domein is mooi en zeer groot. Er is veel animatie (volleybalnet, pétanquebaan, sjottertafel, pingpongtafel en jaccuzi alles met de nodige toebehoren) onze kinderen en hond hebben zich hier optimaal kunnen uitleven. Het huis zelf is proper en volledig in orde. Ruim genoeg voor 5 personen. De wifi is niet overal toegankelijk (voor tieners soms wel een probleem) op tv zijn er enkel 2 Nederlandstalige posten, dus enkele dvd's meenemen is aan te raden ? Wij hebben erg genoten van dit verblijf.

We zijn hier met vrienden geweest. Zeer mooie locatie, mooi huis, veel privacy. Telefonisch geen bereik en beperkte WiFi. We komen hier zeker terug!
Het was een fijn huis op een mooie locatie. Helaas zijn de winkels wel verderweg. De jakuzzi was bij aankomst niet warm. Het duurde wel een paar uur voordat het warm was.

Très belle location, le jardin est incroyable, jacuzzi très agréable. La maison est propre est bien entrenue. Localisation facile d'accès, supermarché et magasin bio à 5 minutes à Hamoir. Propriétaire sympathique et à l'écoute pour les questions éventuelles.

De tuin en de omgeving is prachtig!!! Alleen daarom moet je dit huis huren. Jacuzzi was lekker. Privacy ten top! 2 heerlijke liggende aanwezig. Buitenmeubilair (alleen een picknick tafel) aan vervanging toe. Huis over het algemeen ook gewoon prima. Netjes, schoon en alle benodigdheden aanwezig. De wc in de woonkamer was helaas niet goed bruikbaar. Spoelde niet goed door. Dit wordt gemaakt. WiFi en überhaupt bereik is heel slecht! De bedden beneden waren redelijk! Boven waren ze goed.
Mooi huis op super locatie. Jammer van de waardeloze bedden !!! Kapotte tuinstoelen!! Doorgezakte eetkamerstoelen!! Picknicktafel kapot bij aankomst lagen er Kapotte onderdelen boven op . Prijs kwaliteit zeer slecht. Het enige wat de eigenaar zij toen ik de gebreken liet zien was "Sorry" Wat een afgang!!!

The location and the amenities of house made us feel like royalty during the weekend. Everything was perfect and uncomplicated. The only thing I would say was missing was a big fridge for drinks on the terrace :) otherwise, everything was above our expectations.

Huis en tuin heel leuk maar wrang gevoel over rekening van de onkosten achteraf: betalen voor vuilbakken die we zelf meebrengen en sorteren en op de juiste plaats deponeren en toren hoge electriciteitsnet en verwarming rekening .

Bij het kiezen van een huis, hebben wij huizen met forfaitaire bedragen voor verbruikskosten in plaats van volgens verbruik. Zo bent u helemaal zeker dat het huis 100% aan uw verwachtingen voldoet. De ideale locatie om even tot rust te komen in het hart van de Ardennen.
Leuk huisje op een mooie locatie, goede bedden, uitgeruste keuken en propere badkamers. communicatie met de verhuurder was perfect. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
