Nice house with all required comfort. For families with small children, the split in a large living room on one side of the hall and a kitchen with small living room on the other is a disadvantage; for other groups or families it's probably an advantage. The house is on a busy road but the garden is completely enclosed so it's safe for kids. Note that there are quite some charges to pay in addition to rent (cleaning, electricity, heating, water, waste).
