In Durbuy, in the province of Luxemburg, discover a lovely holiday home that is full of charm and will ensure you have an amazing stay in the Belgian Ardennes. This rental, which can accommodate up to nine people has everything to delight its guests: detached, located in a residential neighbourhood, and with a view over the surrounding woods and gardens. It is the perfect house for a relaxing holiday. The various living spaces, which are distributed over three levels, hold the promise of cosy moments while also ensuring privacy. A large living room on the ground floor provides relaxing moments by its wood-burning stove, which wonderfully warms the room. A modern, well-equipped kitchen lets you prepare your own lovely dishes to be enjoyed together in the dining room. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one of which has a private bathroom, as well as a bathroom with a separate toilet. A lovely and thoughtfully decorated living room with a TV is an additional living space to enjoy during your stay. On the top floor are two bedrooms with sloping ceilings, which can accommodate up to five guests. Perfect for enjoying good weather, the house has a large enclosed outside area, which is great for leaving children to play in complete safety, particularly in the games room intended specifically for them. A beautiful patio will be the setting for long summer evenings enjoying meals prepared together on a BBQ grill. A garage and parking area provide peace of mind.
During your stay, take the opportunity to wander the lanes of Durbuy, commonly referred to as the smallest city in the world, or explore the surrounding area in the villages of Bomal and Barvaux, which both show off the charms of Ardennes heritage. Explore the Palogne Estate, with its many sports activities to be tried around the fortified castle, or have fun looking for the way out of the Barvaux labyrinth.

Chouette maison ! Superbe endroit pour un week-end entre ami(e)s. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut, exactement là où il faut. On a passé un excellent moment !
Ruim vrijstaand huis in een rustige wijk. Het huis heeft de nodige voorzieningen voor een zorgeloze vakantie zoals vaatwas, haard, aparte televisie… Het huis kan op sommige plaatsen een onderhoud gebruiken om te spreken van uitstekend. Zo blijken de lichten in de woonkamer een terugkerend probleem te zijn en staan sommige schuiven in de keuken minder stevig vast.
Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed. Het huis staat op ca 15 minuten rijden van Durbuy.
Er is geen tv in de salon. Bij aankomst stond alle ramen open en was het heel fris. Schommel voor de kindjes was niet aanwezig. Heel veel spinnenwebben en spinnen aanwezig. Heel hoog verhoog aan de aanging
We danken U voor deze opmerkingen. De tv staat inderdaad in de salon van eerste verdieping, en niet in de salon van de begane grond : onze beschrijving wordt aangepast. De ramen werden voor uw aankomst geopend om het huis te luchten, in augustus kan men dat doen zonder dat het fris wordt in het huis. Dat er spinnenwebben aanwezig waren heeft de eigenaar verbaasd : hij heeft natuurlijk een grondige controle uitgevoerd nadat hij uw advies had ontvangen. De schommel was stuk, alle excuses hiervoor, het wordt momenteel vervangen.
Perfecte ligging om met de kinderen naar adventure valley te gaan. Leuke tuin met terras aanwezig waar je gezellig kan eten. Het huis zelf biedt voldoende ruimte om met meerdere personen te verblijven. Wat we wel miste waren vliegenramen, zeker met het warme weer en de aanwezige muggen. Een extra pan in de keuken zou ook praktisch zijn. We raden het huis zeker aan!

Goede tijd gehad met elkaar in dit mooie vakantiehuis.
Ideaal huisje voor een verblijf in de Ardennen. Genoeg ruimte, compleet, rustige ligging en vriendelijke ontvangst. In de buurt van activiteiten rondom de plaatsen Durbuy (leuk stadje en Adventure Park) en Hotton (grotten).
