This semi-detached holiday home is located in a hamlet near a road with little traffic. Its architecture is typical of houses in the region with its bricks and half-timbering. The arrangement of the interior spaces highlights the natural raw materials. The exposed beams give its rustic decor a touch of warmth and cosiness. This village house has two levels with a total surface area of 75 m². The stylish living room with its wood-burning stove is located on the ground floor. It leads onto a spacious dining room. A well-equipped kitchen leads directly to the dining room to facilitate service. The first floor has three bedrooms with simple decor and one bathroom. It also has a games room for children. You’ll also be able to relax in a 100 m² garden; however, it is not enclosed. It is also worth noting that this holiday home has a 10 m² patio for admiring the verdant landscape.
Durbuy, which is dubbed the world’s smallest city, is just two kilometres from the holiday home. It is, in effect, an open-air museum with buildings dating back to the Middle Ages. The Adventure Valley Durbuy recreational centre is located nearby. It is an opportunity to test your technical performance by taking on an obstacle course. You can admire the unique collection of sculpted plants at the Topiary Park. Take advantage of your stay to go and relax at the wellness facilities at Le Sanglier des Ardennes Spa. Another option is to do a few laps at the indoor swimming pool in Bohan. You can take some time to relax there and use the hot tubs and saunas available on the site. When you go to Hotton, take the opportunity to visit the Riveo centre with 16 aquariums. They contain specimens of the fauna and flora of the Ourthe River.

Hallo,Ardenne etappe, Het was een verrassing bij aankomst ,de bedden waren netjes opgemaakten er was alles voorzien zoals op hotel van handdoekjes tot keuken linnen wat aangegeven is als zelf mee te brengen. Voor ons een geslaagde mini vakantie tot de volgende keer Groetjes Martha verschueren
Zeer fijn verblijf gehad in dit charmante huisje! Niet ver van Durbuy en bushalte om ergens naartoe te reizen! De verhuurder van dit huisje stond ook open voor vragen of opmerkingen, super!
Een gezellig huisje, fijne combinatie van oud karakter en moderne inrichting. De houten trappen kraakten en het was een beetje gehorig, dat hoort bij de charme. Hoewel de verwarming goed werkte was de vloer toch nog een beetje koud. Wie snel koude voeten heeft moet daar rekening mee houden. Maar verder was het huisje verzorgd, schoon en van alles voorzien. De eigenares was snel telefonisch bereikbaar bij een defect en dat werd snel opgelost. Je moet wel een mondje Frans spreken.
Super knus huisje alles is aanwezig en niet ver van alles. Kerstboom was superleuk tijdens ons verblijf
Het huis is met smaak ingericht, alles is aanwezig, goed onderhouden. Een aanrader!
Heel gezellig huisje, vooral de houtkachel maakte het af. De kindjes vonden de speelhoek en de stapelbedden zeer leuk. Bakker en beenhouwerij dichtbij is ook een pluspunt. Enig minpuntje is de parkeerplaats. Er is een garage aanwezig, maar de auto paste er niet in. Langs de baan dan maar geparkeerd. Gelukkig komt er niet veel passage. Zeer rustige omgeving dichtbij het centrum. We komen zeker terug.

Zeer gezellige woning. Ideaal vakantiehuisje om in de winter of de herfst te verblijven wegens het gebrek aan tuin (ligt aan de overkant van de straat, klein terras naast het huis aan de straat). De bakker en beenhouwer liggen op wandelafstand. In de buurt vind je tal van activiteiten (mooie wandelingen, Durbuy, Adventure valley) . Wij vonden het een pluspunt dat we tot 20 u konden blijven op zondag en hadden een aangenaam verblijf. Minpuntje was voor ons het smalle 2-persoonsbed.
Mooi ingericht huisje, alles was voorzien. Badkamer was top. Ligging goed, slager en bakker op wandelafstand
Très joli gîte ... de l'espace ... grande salle de bain, chambres top et un espace de jeu pour les enfants nickel ... L'espace exterieur n'est pas clôturé et à vue mais vu la saison .... aucun soucis à ce niveau là ... Mention ++ pour le poele à bois

Kleinschalig gezellig familiehuis met een uitstekende ligging op slechts enkele kilometers van centrum Durbuy.
La maison doit être agréable en mai, juin et septembre. Elle est située à un endroit calme avec des commerces de proximité et est proche de Durbuy, Dinant, Wéris et pleins d'autres beaux endroits comme Chevetogne. Cette maison convient pour une famille avec deux ou trois enfants.
Aangenaam verblijf. Dichtbij centrum Durbuy (2,5km stapvoets). Kerstboom aanwezig in het huisje, was een leuke gezellige extra. Alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig.
Idéalement située près de Durbuy. Dispose d'un garage pour la voiture ou les vélos, c'est idéal. Joliment décorée, poele au bois agréable. Confort idéal pour un couple ou avec un enfant.
Mooi en gezellig vakantiehuis in een kalme straat. Op wandelafstand is er een bakkerij en een slagerij . Durbuy ligt ook op wandelafstand maar voor ons was de plek daar te druk. Prima verblijf gehad in ieder geval.

Het is een fijn huis. Ruim genoeg voor een gezin met drie jonge kids. (6 jaar en jonger). De keuken is goed voorzien van apparatuur en pannen etc. Het was netjes schoon. Duidelijke gidsen en folders aanwezig. De Ardennen pas is zeker een aanrader om mee te nemen.
Een leuk huis, gezellig ingericht. Helaas geen fijne relaxte meubels in de woonkamer (bank en stoel zijn keihard). Het bed in de ouderslaapkamer was prima, echter de 3 andere bedden waren slecht (geschikt voor kinderen onder de 1.60 m en 50 kg)
Super fijn huisje waar je genoeg ruimte hebt. Gezellig aangekleed en voelt je er meteen thuis.
Fijn huis, goed ingericht op loopafstand (2,5 km) van Durbuy. Buitenruimte wat mager. Verbetering mogelijk door parasol op terras en meer aandacht te geven aan groen. Parkeren ging moeizaam. Auto pastte nauwelijks in garage (lag ook veel rommel in). Iets meer licht in woonkamer voor lezers wel prettig.

Très bon séjour, la maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût.
Gezellig huisje met karakter. Alles wat nodig is is aanwezig.
Vooral de rustige ligging en toch kort bij het gebeuren vonden we prima.
