This house from 1930 was beautifully renovated in 2023. You and your group have access to 7 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Some of them also have bunk beds, the children will love it! There is also a baby cot available. There is a large, modern equipped kitchen that also serves as a dining room. You have a choice of 2 cozy living rooms, one of which you can sit by the wood stove in the evenings. In the playroom, both young and old will enjoy a game of billiards. Which terrace do you want to sit on? The one in front of the house, or the one at the back, where you can grill delicious dishes on a real Ofyr barbecue. Did you bring your bikes? You can safely leave them overnight in the secured bicycle storage. Your dog will also be thrilled because he is more than welcome here too!

La maison correspondait à toutes nos attentes, nous avons passé un super weekend en famille. L'intérieur est confortable et la localisation permet de profiter de Durbuy et de l'Ourthe à proximité. Bart s'est montré très réactif et arrangeant durant le séjour.
Fijn huis met veel ruimte en de mogelijkheid om als groep bij elkaar te zijn of juist verspreid. Keukentafel groot genoeg voor de hele groep. Veel slaapkamers en badkamers. Genoeg ruimte in de koelkasten, andere bergruimte voor boodschappen wat mager. Er is beneden een kleine woonkamer en boven een grotere.
Mooi ruim huis met alle comfort aanwezig voor familie of vrienden. Ligt te midden van mooie wandelroutes langs de oevers van de Ourthe. Kortom: dit huis heeft alles om uw weekend te doen slagen. Wij hebben er alvast van genoten.
Heel leuk huis voor groepvakantie. Iedereen heeft genoeg ruimte en privacy. Een aanrader!

Alles in orde, alleen spijtig dat de tuin niet ideaal bereikbaar is voor ouderen
Prachtig huis. Heerlijke weekend gehad met 15 personen. Zowat iedereen had een eigen badkamer. Ideaal gelegen. Aanrader.
Zeer leuk vakantiehuis voor een grote groep. Heel ruim. De badkamers zijn allemaal nieuw. Hele mooie degelijke keuken met een giga tafel waar je allemaal samen gezellig kan eten. Boxen aanwezig waarop je je muziek kan afspelen. Speelkamer voor de kids. Ligging heel goed, vlakbij Durbuy. Rondom het huis kan je mooi wandelen.
Excellent séjour en groupe avec enfants. Maison bien rénovée et entretenue avec des pièces adéquates pour toutes les envies (salle se jeux, petit salon, grand salon), on ne se marche pas sur les pieds. Plein d'équipement
Grote woning met aangename zonnige tuin. Zeer goed ingerichte keuken, net servies en goed materiaal. Aangename leefkeuken. Goede slaapkamers met nette badkamers. Open trap liet natuurlijk 's avonds vanuit de leefkeuken wel lawaai door naar de slaapkamers. Gelukkig hadden we de kinderen aan de andere kant van het huis gelegd. Afwerking muren, vorige gaatjes en plafonering had nauwkeuriger gekund. Poetsen was niet erg nauwkeurig, vele stofwebben.
Leuk familieweekend gehad.
