This large holiday home in the Ardennes has everything to make your stay a success! With 8 rooms, indoor swimming pool, sauna, games room. Something for everyone!
Book this beautiful villa for your next family reunion. Located in the immediate vicinity of Durbuy, its exceptional amenities will allow you to relax and renew yourself. Here you can enjoy all-year-round a pleasant indoor heated pool and a wellness area, set in the mezzanine, with sauna. In this cottage, everything has been thought out to offer you a real cosy cocoon. There is a large living area that includes a living room, a large dining room and a very well-equipped kitchen so that everyone can participate in the preparation of meals. You will also find eight bedrooms, all of which are well-appointed and comfortable. Some guests will be absolutely delighted to enjoy a games room, equipped with a ping-pong table, darts and an exercise bike! A laundry room, two bathrooms and two separate toilets are at your disposal for optimal comfort. Finally, when the nice weather arrives, you will enjoy spending time in the 2,500 m² private garden, which features a terrace and barbecue.
There are so many fun activities near you! Starting with the Labyrinth, a unique attraction in Belgium with walls made of plants. It will be up to you to figure out how to find the exit. The Domain of Palogne is a leisure centre that is a must for a sports outing with the family. There, you will have the opportunity to rent mountain bikes, go kayaking and even play a game of miniature golf. Discover the region of the Ardennes aboard the Aisne Tourist Tramway (TTA for those in the know), and admire beautiful hilly landscapes and you might even get lucky with some animal encounters! And after so much effort, comfort awaits you at the highly recommended Chocolaterie Defroidmont. Finally, a visit to Durbuy, the smallest city in the world is also a must, as well as to its magnificent Topiary Park.

Très bon séjour avec un accueil top.
La maison est idéale pour accueillir un groupe de 22 personnes avec ou sans enfants. Chacun y a trouvé sa place. Spacieux, piscine accessible facilement, espace de jeux pr les jeunes, terrain de pétanque . Seul petit bémol , la maison est assez bruyante pour ceux qui veulent dormir plus tôt ( en soirée ) ou plus tard ( en matinée) mais nous sommes heureux d’avoir partagé ce moment dans ce beau gîte familial.
Met 5 gezinnen en in totaal 22 personen is dit een heel ruim opgezet huis waar je je een weekend uitstekend kunt vermaken

Het huisje is perfect, zeer fijn zwembad, maar ondanks het feit dat de bank in de zitkamer iets beter is als vijf jaar terug, is deze bank het enige grote minpuntje.
Topweekend met vriendengroep /golfers. Zeer aangename ontvangst. Enkel het zwembad lijkt ietwat verouderd doch dat is slechts een detail. Fantastische BBQ-installatie en voldoende ruime keuken met ruim voldoende keukentoestellen. Geen (afzonderlijke) douches.
