Please note: the accommodation has two entrances. The access from the car park is via a stone staircase. You holiday home is situated on a steep slope at the Golfcourse of Durbuy. For small children and guest with less mobility, access can be difficult

Huisje mocht toch iets meer gepoetst zijn , aangebrande etensresten op het kookfornuis en microgolfoven vol met kruimels , onder zetel wat stof maar voor de rest algemeen proper maar niet grondig gepoetst . Kamer gelijksvloer beginnende schimmelvorming in de hoek . Water jacuzzy was niet proper maar werd onmiddelijk ververst op onze aanvraag . Ontvangst was ? vriendelijk ontvangen geweest en gezorgd voor onmiddellijke oplossing op onze aanvraag .

Une maison très bien située et bien équipée, le jacuzzi est vraiment top, la cuisine est bien fournie aussi. La maison aurait besoin d un petit rafraîchissement mais c est contre-balancé par un emplacement vraiment central dans la région et facile d accès.

Net thuis in een rustige buurt naast de golf van durbuy. Auto ter plaatse is zeker nodig om je boodschappen te doen .Wel 3 minpuntjes 1 de vaatwas werkt niet naar behoren want telkens we de vaatwas hadden laten draaien waren er steeds borden en/of bestekken die nog vuil waren. Waardoor we de vaat dan maar met de hand hebben gedaan. 2,als je 120€ moet betalen voor de schoonmaak verwacht je toch wel dat stofnetten van de bloempotjes zijn. 3 te weinig opbergruimte voor kledij in de slaapkamers.

De ligging en de jacuzzi waren de enigste twee troeven van het vakantiehuis. Je verwacht een 'moderne prachtige' villa, maar dit krijg je absoluut niet! Het huis wordt echt NIET grondig gekuist (nochtans betaal je hiervoor wel nog eens 120 euro voor). In alle slaapkamers vond je op het plafond bloedvlekken van dode insecten en hing het er vol met spinnen. Ook de beide badkamers waren echt niet aangenaam (heel verouderd en vuil). Heel duur voor wat je dus krijgt... jammer genoeg.
