This former hotel in the center of a village has kept all its soul and comfort through its renovation into a holiday home.
Indeed, on the ground floor, you will be charmed by this modern bar overlooking the old dining room, where you can eat without problems up to 16 people while you have the choice in the arrangement of the tables. A foosball table has been added to the bar, which will certainly come in handy.
Tucked behind the bar, you will find a professional kitchen equipped with everything you need to step into the shoes of a real chef. In addition to the many refrigerators in the bar and in the kitchen, a cold room is at your disposal.
The living room and the second kitchen (which was the private area of the old owners) are only accessible via the first floor or the terrace.
Most rooms have their own bathroom, except for 2 rooms that share the same bathroom. All rooms have a mini fridge and of course an exceptional bed.
In some rooms, the bathroom is located on the floor above and is accessible via a private staircase.
The terrace and the garden are completely private and in good weather, you can enjoy the view of our Ardennes.
The accommodation is located in the village of Erezee, near Soy and Rendeux, you can enjoy a region rich in tourist activities.
Beautiful walks are possible from your accommodation and there is already a lot to do within a few kilometers.

The house is divided into two parts on the ground floor but accessible via the first floor or terrace.
The barkitchen is professional, equipped with a cold room and everything needed to prepare good dishes, like a real chef.
Some rooms have a private bathroom on the 2nd floor that is accessible via a staircase in the room.

Een echte aanrader voor grote groepen. Ruim, proper, prachtige slaapkamers en badkamers. Zeer goede sanitaire uitrusting met als surplus 3 wc’s op de benedenverdieping. De keuken is professioneel met professionele afwasmachine + afzonderlijke professionele afwasmachine voor glazen. Zeer ruime frigo en diepvries. Overvloedig kwalitatief keukenmateriaal. Top!
Très bien .. sauf qu'il n'y a aucun accès direct entre la salle à manger et le salon TV. Cuisine exceptionnelle! Chambres confortables
Wij verbleven met 13 race fietsvrienden in het vakantiehuis. Het huis heeft aan al onze verwachtingen voldaan. Alle vooraf geraadpleegde informatie komt helemaal overeen met wat we aantroffen. Chapeaux voor de buitengewoon vriendelijke en attente manager.

wir waren als Gruppe mit dreizehn Erwachsenen + 1 Baby, eine Woche zu einem Malkurs nach Erezee gefahren. Das Haus ist wunderbar geeignet für diese Anzahl, große geräumige Schlafzimmer und Bäder, eine gut möblierte Außenterasse und eine wunderbare Profiküche. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter.
Goed maar kan wel wat opfrissing gebruiken hier en daar.

Hebben er een leuke kerstvakantie gehad
Mooi vakantiehuis in het centrum van Erezée, maar geen overlast van verkeer. Is een gewezen hotel, met een mooie inkom, een echte bar met toog, een grote eetzaal, een professionele goed uitgeruste keuken. De buurt is ideaal om een variatie aan wandelingen te doen. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, en goede communicatie met eigenaar. Een aanradertje!
Prachtig omgebouwd hotel naar vakantieverblijf. Mooie ligging met veel faciliteiten in de buurt (bakker, buurtwinkels en pizzeria's). De ruime kamers met aparte badkamer zijn een grote meerwaarde. De keuken is een zaligheid met een grote groep, door het professionele afwasmachine was er geen tekort aan vrijwilligers. Door uitbreiding van onze groep passen wij helaas niet meer in het huis volgend jaar, anders hadden we onze vaste uitvalbasis gevonden!

het is een gewezen hotel restaurant. Alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig. De keuken is echt fantastisch. De slaapkamers (met eigen badkamer) zijn zeer ruim en comfortabel. het vakantiehuis was ook zeer net. Ligging is uitstekend
Fijn huis voor een ganse familie! De kamers zijn heel ruim en op twee kamers na heeft ieder zijn eigen badkamer en toilet. De gastheer is heel vriendelijk en communiceert vlot (Fra/Eng). Tegenover de woning, aan de kerk, vertrekken wandelroutes/fietsroutes. De klokken maakten ons vroeg wakker, evenals de niet verduisterende gordijnen. Hoewel de pannen aan vernieuwing toe zijn, is de keuken TOP uitgerust. Terras met prachtig uitzicht! Aanrader!
