On the ground floor of this holiday cottage, you will be able to cook in a beautiful kitchen that opens to the dining room and the adjoining cosy living room where you can opt to read a book or watch television.
The outside of the holiday house boasts two covered terraces. One is on the ground floor and the other is accessible through the two bedrooms upstairs.
The garden is entirely enclosed to ensure your children can play in complete safety. Furthermore, a large part of the garden is located directly in the woods, completely immersing you in the natural setting this self-catering accommodation has to offer.
The holiday house is located in the Erezée region of the Province of Luxembourg. You can easily drive to Hotton or Barvaux for groceries and if you go a little further, you will discover Durbuy, known as the smallest town in the world.

Although the garden is completely enclosed, the landlord does not allow dogs on the property because of health concerns due to his dog allergies.
This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.

Aangenaam verblijf met een mooie ligging. Correcte prijs. De petanque baan en sauna was zeker een pluspunt.
Super fijn en mooi vakantiehuis met een centrale ligging in de mooie Ardennen. Huis is net groot genoeg voor 6 personen. Slaapkamers zijn fijn, badkamers zeer netjes. De sauna is zeker een pluspunt! Evenals de grote tuin. Het enige minpuntje was de zitplek. Er staan 2 banken, één driezits en één tweezits, net te weinig plek voor 6 personen. Al met al zeker een aanrader!

Het is een fantastisch verblijf waardoor je vakantie niet meer stuk kan!
Een mooie en verzorgde chalet op een pracht van een locatie. Ondanks de aanwezigheid vanmeerdere huisjes heb je toch een sterk gevoel van privacy. Communicatie met eigenaar verliep goed en duidelijk. Het huisje heeft alles om een geslaagde vakantie door te brengen. Sauna en balkon boven zijn een absolute meerderheid. Prijs kwaliteit een voltreffer. We hebben een zeer leuke tijd gehad in een gezellig en net huis.
Excellent séjour. Seul petit reproche: le fascicule d'informations concernant la maison et le séjour est uniquement en Néerlandais et pas en Français.
Joli chalet d'une belle taille et en pleine nature/bois. Agréable au soleil. Confortable.
Mooi huis, heel proper, veel comfort, prachtige tuin. Wij hebben enorm genoten.

Dit is een toppertje: uitstekend onderhouden woning, uitermate geschikt voor een gezin of met vrienden gezien de 2 badkamers. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst (flesje wijn op tafel bij binnenkomst). Alles is voorhanden in de woonst, rustig en toch slechts enkele kilometers van grootwarenhuizen en uitvalsbasis voor mooie wandelingen. En niet te vergeten, een goede wifi voor onze tienerzoon! Dit is een absolute aanrader. Bedankt Ann en Peter!
Zeer goed uitgerust en comfortabele woning. We hebben vooral genoten van de stilte, de nabijheid van Durbuy en van de prima sauna! Zeker een aanrader!
Een zeer aangenaam verblijf in een moderne en gezellige chalet. Uitstekende ligging: wandelen in de onmiddellijke omgeving, winkels en warenhuizen op korte afstand. Zeer leuke en goedwerkende kachel. Ook van de ruime sauna hebben we genoten. Kortom: top! Een aanrader!

Wij hebben een zeer prettig verblijf gehad in het chalet. Bij aankomst was het huis schoon. De badkamers zijn erg mooi (fijne douche) en de sauna doet het goed. Ook was de eigenaar vriendelijk en makkelijk om mee te communiceren.

Komen al jaren naar barveaux , de chalet die wij nu gehuurd hebben was 'TOP' , alles was er op en aan en voldeed aan de verwachtingen. Geen negatieve punten. Mooie wandelingen mogelijk in de omgeving, wat belangrijk is.
Wij verbleven in Villa Casper tijdens de hittegolf van augustus 2020. Gelukkig was er achteraan de bostuin die voor de nodige schaduw zorgde. De chalet is erg net en ligt in een rustige omgeving.
