A brand-new, single-level holiday home with every comfort

Fully renovated in 2026, this single-level home embraces a modern style, full of energy and light. Having everything on one level is a real practical advantage, whether you are travelling with young children or with older guests. Across its 65 m², this holiday home has been designed so that you feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

Two bedrooms and a lovely bathroom for 4 guests

The holiday home has two comfortable bedrooms: the first is fitted with a 160 cm double bed and the second with a 140 cm double bed. An ideal layout for two couples on a getaway or for a small family of 4, parents with two children. The spacious, well-appointed bathroom stands out with its walk-in shower, its double-basin unit, its heated towel rail and its hairdryer. A separate toilet completes the picture and a small laundry area with a washing machine makes life easier. Please note: bed linen and bath towels are to be brought yourself.

A welcoming living space with a fully equipped kitchen and wood stove

The heart of the holiday home is its convivial living space, which brings together the lounge, the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. In the kitchen, nothing is missing: induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. In the lounge, settle in beside the wood stove for cosy evenings and enjoy the television, the Bluetooth speaker and the Wi-Fi. Everything you need for lovely evenings, warm and wonderfully simple.

A private terrace and a huge 1,500 m² garden, in peace and quiet

Outside, it is all about relaxation and freedom. The holiday home has its own 40 m² terrace, perfect for outdoor meals thanks to the barbecue and the garden furniture, as well as a huge private garden of 1,500 m² reserved for guests: plenty of room for children and dogs alike to let off steam. The holiday home does adjoin the owners' home, but the entrances are entirely independent and clearly separated, without any facing views. You will therefore enjoy complete peace and quiet, with a lovely view over the garden and the surrounding countryside, all facing south-west to catch the generous Gaume sun. A private parking space rounds off the picture.

Your dog is welcome

No need to leave your four-legged companion at home: 1 dog is allowed during the stay, for a supplement of €20 per stay. With its large 1,500 m² garden, walks just steps away and the woods only 500 m off, the setting is perfect for treating your dog to wonderful outings in the fresh air.

What to do in Etalle and in the Gaume?

Welcome to the Gaume, this small region in the far south of Belgium, renowned for its microclimate and its gentle way of life. Here the sun slips in everywhere: into the golden stone of the villages, into the soft curves of the landscape and right into the warm welcome of the Gaumais. As for the practical side, you will find all the shops (restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, stores and the tourist office) in Etalle, 4 km away, while the woods await you just 500 m off for lovely walks.

The surroundings are brimming with treasures. Do not miss the famous Abbey of Orval, renowned for its Trappist beer and its cheese, nor Torgny, the southernmost village in the country, listed among the most beautiful villages of Wallonia with its flower-lined lanes and its golden-stone houses. History lovers will venture as far as the archaeological site of Montauban, while Florenville and the Semois valley offer a thousand opportunities for walking and cycling.
