The house is located in a quiet, green residential area, close to the center of Eupen where you will find numerous shops and restaurants. The property was completely renovated in 2025 and elegantly furnished with soft, natural tones and many plants, creating a cozy and harmonious atmosphere. The spacious and bright house features a beautiful large kitchen with a central island and a cozy bar area where you can enjoy a drink or a meal together. The seating area with a cassette fireplace and the separate TV corner with a comfortable sofa make your stay even more pleasant.
Through the glass door you have direct access to the private terrace and the private garden, where you can enjoy the outdoors, a barbecue and the garden furniture.
