Nous avons séjourné le WE dernier au sein du gîte de la Charmille. Très bon accueil lors de la réception des clés du gîte et des conseils lors de l'état des lieux. La seule chose que nous aurions à redire : manque de petits produits quotidien comme du sel ou du poivre qui peut dépanner ou encore du papier sulfurisé. Niveau propreté manque de nettoyage au niveau de la hotte de la cuisine qui a coulé de graisse. Sinon pour le reste, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Prachtige locatie, ruime kamers en grote living. In de nacht worden de kamers iets kouder omdat de verwarming in de nacht volledig afslaat. Dit huisje raden we aan iedereen aan en gaan we volgend jaar opnieuw boeken!

alles heel verouderd! versleten keuken, versleten materialen in de keuken, versleten zetels, ... tuin is niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen, de helling is veel te sterk en zelfs gevaarlijk - zittafel op terras is versleten en zelfs gevaarlijk om te breken en geeft kleur af aan de kledij
We danken u voor uw opmerkingen. We hebben dit prachtige huis een paar weken geleden bezocht. De tuin is groot (meer dan een hectare) en biedt een groot vlak terrein (ongeveer 40 are), waar kinderspelletjes, een tafeltennistafel en een petanquebaan staan. Alleen de oprit naar het huis loopt op een helling. Het buitenmeubilair is net opgefrist en er is een zeer aangename 4-seizoenstent bijgekomen. Naar aanleiding van uw opmerking is de eigenaar van plan om kussens toe te voegen om het huis zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. Het keukengerei is deze winter (2023-2024) vervangen; naar aanleiding van uw opmerking heeft de eigenaar het opnieuw gecontroleerd en inderdaad enkele pannen aangetroffen die al versleten waren en die hij gaat vervangen. Hij maakt ook van de gelegenheid gebruik om het comfort verder te verbeteren (kleine reparaties, keukendoeken).
Geweldige ligging, vriendelijke ontvangst
Bien situé, bien équipé. Nous avons adoré être au milieu de la nature !
Aparte ligging: lange oprit en je waant je zo in de bossen en fantasierijke wereld met een heel leuke tuin. (beetje opletten met kleine kinderen want een serieuze afgrond aan 1 kant, handrem van de wagen ook goed opzetten). Huis op zich is ook leuk, ruime leefruimte en een heel mooi verzicht. Grote ramen waardoor je een heel ruim gevoel creëert. Het huis is wat oud maar dat zijn ook de charmes van de Ardennen. De tijd blijft er soms stil staan wat leuk is. Ruines prachtig! railfiets top!
