Located in Florenville in the province of Luxemburg, this former hotel has been beautifully renovated into a large, 4-star holiday home to welcome large groups. The holiday home has several energy-efficient features, including 42 solar panels, 9 m² of thermal panels for hot water, and it collects 30,000 litres of rainwater for use in the toilets and showers. There are 10 lovely bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. Two baby beds and two highchairs are also available.

Relax in the large, comfortable living room with an open gas fireplace and a large-screen TV. There’s also plenty of fun to be had by young and old alike in the vast games room with a billiards table, table football, a pinball machine, and a giant TV screen. For work trips, there is a meeting room with projection screen and an internet connection; plus, all the TVs in the house are interactive. Feeling thirsty after a long walk? The fantastic bar with a fridge is the perfect place to relax in the comfortable seating area. Unless you’d prefer to enjoy the wellness facilities with some time in the infrared sauna. Then you can sit down to dinner in the large, bright dining room with its huge windows overlooking the garden. The semi-professional kitchen has a 6-ring gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Enjoy time outside in the large garden, which has a slide, swings, and a pétanque court. There are also two large patios with a BBQ grill and wood-fired plancha.
For cycling holidays, there is a secure bike shed and cleaning kit available. There is private parking for 20 cars with two 11 kw charging points for electric vehicles and a carport.

The holiday home is in Gaume, at the gateway to the Ardennes, also known as the ‘little Provence of Belgium’ thanks to its micro-climate and gentle way of life. As well as its stunning scenery and large forests, the Florenville region is dotted with pretty riverside villages for exploring on many signposted walks.

Don’t miss a visit to the delightful village of Chassepierre, with its 18th and 19th century stone cottages, pretty façades, presbytery, church, the bucolic landscape of the Semois, which stretches peacefully alongside the village and its famous International Street Art Festival, which attracts artists from all over the world in the summer. Een fantastische woning in Florenville. Zeer ruim, goed onderhouden en voldoende luxe om er een fijne week van te maken met een grote groep. Wij hebben ervan genoten en zijn met 5 gezinnen (in totaal 21) zeer enthousiast! Ook de omgeving sprak ons aan.
