Family holiday with young kids Long-Weekend May 2023

Cosy group accommodation with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms for a wonderful family stay. Beautiful garden with ping pong table, swing and slide.
Want to get the whole family together again? This former village pub from 1871 in Sart-Eustache was transformed into a 4-star holiday home and is ideal for families. Fresh pastries from the village baker for breakfast, your favourite people around the table, a game of ping pong, enjoying the beautiful weather on a beautiful terrace, bunk beds for the kids… All great to make an instant holiday feeling. And our tip to make it nice and easy for yourself? Turn the kitchen island into an extensive cheese buffet (Maredsous is nearby) and talk for ages, super fun. Barbecue planned? Pick your own vegetables: the garden has a spacious vegetable garden. Fun to do with the kids, or maybe they would prefer to indulge in the unique game module that the owners put together themselves?
You will be staying in beautiful Condroz. Be sure to visit the small but cosy Dinant, which is a half hour drive away. This small, intimate town is the ideal place for families with children thanks to its variety of routes. Fancy a special experience? Then we definitely recommend you pay a visit to the “Edible Garden” of Cuisine Sauvage in Jambes. After this, you can pick edible plants with confidence during your walks. And speaking of walking: the ravine of Colebi, right next to the village of Falmignoul (Dinant), is a remarkable site on the right bank of the Meuse which cuts through the plateau of the Condroz. And for a nice extra: you can taste delicious (organic) beer in the Caracole village brewery.
In short: you and your family will fully enjoy the charms of this unique part of the Ardennes here.
The ground floor has a bedroom with private bathroom that has been adapted for wheelchair users, which makes it ideal for less mobile people. You can bring the whole family together.

This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.

Bon rapport qualité/prix. Excellent séjour dans une maison bien équipée avec grand jardin. Convient bien pour des familles avec jeunes enfants.
Geen tophuis, wel redelijke verhouding prijs-kwaliteit
Une maison de famille rénovée avec beaucoup de soin, de confort, de beaux meubles, de belles chambres et salles de bain, de l'espace pour chacun, nous étions 5 adultes et 4 ados . Les jeunes ont apprécié le baby foot, la table de ping-pong, l'extérieur et les adultes l'espace cuisine extrément complet. Située près des bois, nous avons eu le plaisir d'y faire de belles promenades sur les indications de la propriétaire, que nous remercions pour ses attentions : fleurs, confiture, oeufs, etc..

Prachtig verzorgd huisje met alles erop en er aan!
Het was een heel mooi huis met alles erop en eraan. Het was volledig ingericht, er was niets dat er ontbrak.
Belle demeure pour réunion de famille avec enfants et petits-enfants. De la place et un superbe jardin.

We hebben er een fantastisch familie weekend beleefd. Het huis heeft alle comfort en meer dan voldoende huisraad. Voor de kinderen was de tuin met speeltuig een topper. Heel goede bedden. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaars.

Aangename vakantie met kinderen en kleinkinderen
We hebben een heerlijk familie weekend achter de rug. Prachtige ligging, heerlijke tuin met genoeg speelruimte voor de kids. Het huis is goed onderhouden en zeer netjes. Heerlijke bedden en prettig bijna bij iedere slaapkamer een badkamer. Fijne grote eettafel waar we met z’n allen goed konden eten en na tafelen. Een klein min puntje, ontbrak in de tuin is een fijne ligstoel of lounge bank. Dit ontbrak ook in de living. Maar verder is het huis en ligging een enorme aanrader!
Prachtig huis gelegen bij een prachtige tuin. Alles was aanwezig, spelen voor de kinderen en de volwassenen, gourmetstel. Schitterend uitgeruste keuken. Ook een ideaal vertrekpunt voor wandelingen. Zeer mooie streek, was een ontdekking.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille. La maison est très agréable, lumineuse et bien équipée. Le jardin est grand et adapté pour tous les âges. Une grande terrasse permet de manger dehors. Bref, rien à redire. Tout était parfait ?

Een zeer mooi en gerieflijk vakantiehuis. Vooral de kleinkinderen vonden het heel leuk, maar de volwassenen ook. Voor grootouders met hun kinderen en kleinkinderen beslist een aanrader
Vriendelijke ontvangst met de nodige uitleg. Gezellige en goed onderhouden vakantiewoning. Prima slaapkamers met 'hotelservice' in de badkamers. De kinderen hebben zich geweldig uitgeleefd met tafeltennis en tafelvoetbal. Gezellige tuin. Top weekend!
