This charming fermette in the quiet village near Gedinne is the perfect base for couples, families with or without children, and sports enthusiasts who want to discover the beautiful Ardennes. The fermette accommodates 14 people and features 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, including a bedroom fully adapted for disabled persons. Thus, the stay is accessible to everyone. The interior combines comfort with rustic charm, with every detail carefully worked out by the owner himself.
For relaxation and fun, there is a spacious playroom inside with a billiard table and a foosball table. Outside you can enjoy the jacuzzi and the sauna, ideal to completely relax after an active day.
Children will have a great time with the swing, slide, and other outdoor play equipment in the spacious garden. The large private terrace with wood barbecue invites cozy summer evenings with family and friends. Additionally, there is also a comfortable seating area by the wood stove, perfect for cozy moments during cooler days.
The fermette has a secured bicycle storage with a bicycle cleaning kit where you can safely leave your bikes. The garden is equipped with garden furniture so you can relax wonderfully outside. And two dogs are welcome to romp with you in the garden!

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. De woning is ruim, modern, erg netjes en uitgerust met kwaliteitsvolle materialen . Rustig gelegen ook. Jacuzzi en sauna zijn een meerwaarde. Dus, een aanrader !
