On the ground floor, you will also find the indoor pool and the infrared cabin, a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a dining table and a large living room with a fireplace. Also located on the ground floor is a bedroom with its own private bathroom.
Upstairs, there are five bedrooms and five bathrooms for maximum comfort.
So the house features large spaces spread over 450 m² with a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
A fully fenced garden will please you when there is good weather to enjoy meals in the south facing terrace. There is also a pond in the garden, which is also fenced.
The villa is located in the Gesves region, 7 km away from Andenne, 15 km away from Namur and close to numerous activities such as: Goyet Caves, Gardens of Annevoie, the Castle of Modave, and many more.
Not far from your holiday rental, if you are a horse lover, there is also a riding hall.

Fijn, groot huis met prima tuin en zwembad in rustige omgeving
Prachtig huis met een prachtige ligging. Voor onze groep was alles op de juiste plaats
Accueil très chaleureux. Petit plus: la charmante attention du propriétaire qui nous a accueilli avec 2 bouteilles de vin.Convient parfaitement à une famille avec de jeunes enfants avec l'espace jeux à l'étage et les barrières en haut et en bas de l'escalier. On s'y sent comme chez soi. En bref, le séjour fut très agréable.
Très belle maison où les pièces sont bien situées. Hote très sympa, et nous avions tout ce qu'il nous fallait. Je conseille fortement ce logement.

Graag vermelden dat er plastic bekers, borden en bestek aanwezig is voor jonge kinderen. Ook een kinderwagen en verschillende auto’s om buiten mee te spelen. Scheelt ouders veel gesleep. Kinderhoek op de overloop was ook heel fijn.
Het huis biedt erg diverse mogelijkheden voor onze viergeneratie familie (tussen 1 en 83jaar): zwembad, pooltafel, terras, tuin, ... We verbleven in het huis tijdens de warmste week ooit. Alhoewel de tuin erg mooi was en veel mogelijkheden gaf, heeft een wespennest ons wellicht meer binnen binnengehouden dan wenselijk. Vliegenramen (horren) zou eveneens wenselijk zijn om 's avonds en 's nachts de ramen op te zetten en te kunnen verluchten. Ondanks de hitte/wespen/muggen heel goede vakantie
Het vakantiehuis is geweldig. Alle benodigdheden voor een geweldige vakantie zijn aanwezig. Eric is een fantastische verhuurder.
